Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER GO TO THIS TIM HORTONS! Yesterday at around 2:30 pm my friend and I went in for 2 coffees. The store was not busy and there was only one other person in line who also ordered a coffee. Both employees must have been high as a kite. After taking our orders they forgot to make our coffees. The girl started casually restocking things and the guy was doing the same. We asked if they were still making our coffees after waiting literally 15 mins. Then the girl said "sorry I needed cups". Then continued to forget about them. The guy working kept saying "sorry, thanks for your patience" while aimlessly walking around. Finally my coffee was made 10 minutes later then my friends coffee was finally made but it had no cream or sugar. She said "excuse me, this isnt right." The guy says "sorry, we dont have cream and sugar". Yet mine did. So they magically made her coffee correct this time. No lie, IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR US TO GET 2 COFFEES! Both looked high as a kite and had no clue what they were doing. They aimlessly just walked around with no manager in sight. The woman behind us waited just as long to get her coffee and it was wrong too. Unbelievable. Never again. A manager needs to contact me about this. They got my order wrong and the cashier instead of helping she gave me attitude saying u said bacon. Then the cook in back was upset started yelling at cashier so I can hear to the front and I told her if theres an issue just give me a refund. They ended up taking my sandwiches with bacon back and replacing with sausage. Which is ok but they had already been in front a bit so I got my food cold. It upsets me because they had recommended this place on our visit to Niagara falls and we made sure we went by to visit before leaving. Hands down the best chain food restaurant coffee in western New York !!! I remember years ago I was out of state and a conversation that I was part of turned to coffee. When I voiced my opinion about Tim Hortons, the response was "Who is Tim Horton?" What kind of question is that. It's more than just An old hockey players name. It is a western New York institution If you have never drank there coffee or tried any of the baked goods, you at the very least know the name. Keep on brewing...
