This location is a bit frustrating for me. As a Canadian, I'm excited to checkout Ulta every time I'm in the area since we do not have any stores back home.
The store itself is clean, but quite a few product testers are pretty grimy. On a Thursday evening they had about 4 employees working but it was a struggle to get someone to help us.
My sister and I came in here to check out what's new and to grab the Tarte Shape Tape concealer. No surprise to us, a lot of the products were sold out but we decided to ask a sales associate if they might have any pieces in the back. We asked one employee and she quickly replied, "Yes, sorry this is all we have" so we decided to move on. After looking around, we decided to ask another employee the same question, and she was much more helpful! She offered to check the front stock for us, and came back with 3 products! We were so happy we asked another employee to help us out! I didn't catch her name, but she wore glasses and had short red hair.
As we continued on looking for other items, I came across the same dilemma with another product. This time around, not only 15min later, there were no employees to be found, I actually had to search around the store and almost went to the back room to find someone.
Even though there were about 6 customers in the store, there were two employees at the cash. ( One I think was new and in training )
Finally when we got to the cash, we had to wait for about 5-7 min with a line building up behind us for one employee to cash out everyone. I really wish they had a few more employees working the cash, it would've made the whole process a lot faster.
I also wish Ulta carried The Balm an L.A. Girl products

Read moreI have platinum status at ULTA and consider it one of my favorite stores. I went in the other night and spent $200 on seven items and went home with 6. I called the store first thing the next morning and spoke to my sales girl. She said no problem, she remembered me. Two days later went in and the supervisor said it would be a while because she would have to review the cameras. I thought that was odd but shopped while she went to check and spent another $97.00. She then told me she viewed the cameras and the items were put in my bag. So upsetting!! It was a $28.00 item which I was missing. I absolutely did not receive the item . She insisted I received everything. She would not let me see the video and told me there was nothing for her to do. I feel like I was taken advantage of since she did not make good on my missing eyeliner but more so I am super embarrassed!! She basically was calling me a liar! Now I don’t trust this supervisor and the other girls. It’s funny looking back I’ve had points I would accumulate then they would be missing. They never ask you if you want to use your points. I’ve even had credits issued by them which never worked . I was always suspicious but thought I was paranoid being the Scorpio that I am . Read moreI spent hundreds and hundred of dollars at ULTA every year. I’m sad to say I’m done with this place. I went here for a hair appointment the (blonde specialist) hairstylist was emotionless and not very friendly. I was told “I can get you pretty light blonde with a hi lift.” Well she lied, it turned orange and then she covered it up with a dark color so back to square one with even more damaged hair. They charged me for the retouch and to fix it. I got up to the counter to pay and one of the store employees noticed I was upset bc I had to leave with even longer dark roots than what I came in with. She told her GM and she basically said I talked to so and so and she said you got what you asked for! I asked to have my roots orange? I was told they’d be a light golden blonde and they were dark orange peel orange on top and underneath was still brown. The GM was very unprofessional with how she spoke to me. I had to tell her to not act so frustrated with me when all I was doing was explaining what happened, because she raised her voice at me in front of a huge line of people.
