Five Below — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

5 Below located at 1520 Military Road in Niagara Falls, NY is just like any other 5 Below in NYS albeit a bit smaller than most of the other stores I've been to. When my family and I walked in it wasn't too busy even on memorial day weekend and I found a perfect blue tooth speaker I was looking for on my trip back home. This store is well run by it's employees and their friendly and helpful. You can find all kinds of cool stuff for kids and Adult kids and you can even find toys and gadgets to keep the kiddies busy on a long trip home from vacation at Niagara falls state park. Good and bad. The good: Really good value for your money. You can absolutely find deals here and there is a lot to choose from. Cosmetics, clothing, candy and snack, housewares, stuffed toys... The bad: I agree with some of the other reviews, this store is extremely messy. It's also embarrassing how dirty it is. I've never been to a Five Below and while I was travelling I thought I'd stop in (I heard you can find Squishmallows here) but it was so unappealing inside that I left with nothing. I'm not sure if it's just busy and no one has time or if it's not important. I'd understand if they are short staffed or its very busy lately, but it's honestly not somewhere I'd stop again due to the neglect of the inside...

love this place. cross the border weekly to run errands. five below is very convenient. everytime you walk in they say “welcome to five below” and it’s so forced.. they sound so annoyed.. but to be honest.. if you sound like you hate your job and saying hi to every customer… just don’t even bother. makes me feel uncomfortable lol but today i went in.. got a lot of things.. i asked if they had their reusable bags.. the girl went “no we ran out” but the tone was very annoyed lol i get working sucks, but the attitude needs to...
