Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Oneonta

I just left this place after having to get up out my bed and walk there because this is the second time they have messed up on my order. I worked for Dunkin for 4 years so I understand the morning rush and I even understood where the miscommunication came with my order getting wrong. I called before I left out just to explain what happen to me and I was cut off and disregarded before I could even finish my sentence. I went up there for my remake and I tried to tell the manger that I received a coffee in place of an hot chocolate before. Just letting her know my issue. I never asked for anything in return nor expected. I just wanted to express my concerns , especially because I’m a paying customer and I tip very well over $10 sometimes on small orders. Because I know how it is to make $14 an hour and like $2 in tips everyday at that location. I asked for corporates number and I was told no. I asked for any Managers number over her and she said no. Literally just came from there and bought an iced french vanilla coffee with caramel swirl, and half and half. They hand me a small hot coffee with vanilla and caramel swirls and soy milk. Then were confused when I told them that wasn’t my order, i even tried to show them the receipt, which clearly stated what i ordered. Not to mention I had to wait about 10 minutes before they even gave me the time of day to fix my order. I also ordered 2 orders of hashbrowns, both of which were soggy and old, you can tell they were from yesterday. Had to throw them out. Absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had at a Dunkin. If you drive (which I don’t and had no choice but to go to the Main street location) You are WAYY better off going to the one...

I’ve gone to several Dunkin Donuts across the country, even the stores in the middle of the hood are more well-kept than this one. This is hands down the most neglected store I’ve ever seen. The atmosphere is dystopian and unnerving. The employees looked suicidal, they hardly acknowledged me, didn’t even look up at me when they took my order. They gave me my food quickly and it was very hot, my sandwich was pretty okay, a little burnt but it didn’t taste bad. If it wasn’t for the food I wouldn’t give this place any stars.
