The fine gentleman at this shop welcomed me and my service dog into the store, even though it was well after 6 PM. He was happy and willing to see if he could help me in my quest to find the perfect power bank battery for backpacking. He was even assisting another customer at the time but quickly got up and looked in the back room to see if he had anything that I would be interested in buying. Although he came back without finding the product I was looking for, I thought it was particularly professional the way he intently focused on assisting me rather than showing me away from the jump because it was after closing time. Refreshing to deal with competent customer service people considering so many others would have refused to even think about helping me because they want to go home and close shop. I brought my phone here first thing in the morning when they opened, I couldn’t see my screen at all but I could use Siri to check the time and phone battery and make calls and texts, but my screen was completely gone(iPhone 13 pro max) Within just 20 minutes , they had fixed my screen making it completely new and I was able to get a new phone case there as well for half the price you would usually expect in a name brand store.
