Shooters 5-7 Bar & Grill — Restaurant in City of Oneonta

Finished a great night in oneonta visiting a friend enjoyed great persons and businesses thru the majority of the night. Finished the night stoping in shooters. For couple drinks and ordered food. Paid for food with cash and waited for food delivery. Half food delivered and other half they said did not have after waiting 20 minutes for it. Then of course ask for the cash back from food not delivered and was told could not give us the money back and did not give us the food. How could that be.??? We paid and did not receive and were told we would have to take a chip for future use. We told them repeatedly we are from our of town and we cannot use there future use chips. And still they said they could not give us the money back for what they did not deliver. So they stole our money and kept saying we cannot do anything so again. They kept our money for what they did not deliver. Total theft of a business from their customer. With zero satisfaction. And complete uncaring about our situation. Our visit was on a warm night. Zero a/c in the place- and it was HOT. When we walked outside the temperature was actually cooler outdoors. If it’s warm do not go there or you will sweat. Since the place is called Shooters you think you might shoot some pool or throw some darts- well you might, if you have all night and want to take a number as there is only one pool table and one dart board. The food we had definitely wasn’t worth the trip- the pizza honestly tasted like a store bought frozen pizza they warmed up and the falafel bites were so gross I actually put the bite I took into a napkin and into the trash. I had my ID and MULTIPLE credit cards and debit cards. This was not enough for the owners. They claimed I was lying and had no reason to be there. I go into the store to get a drink and wait for my brother and i get refused cause I had an out of state ID. I'm 23. I tell them to call the police so they can confirm im 23. They do. The police tell them they aren't gonna waste their time. However they still refuse us and tell us to leave. These people were on such a power trip. I had 0 problem at any other bar/restaurant in town. Better be a local if you want drinks here. I would just go anywhere else...
