Shakedown Street — Local services in City of Oneonta

Has been a go-to for my wife for most of her adult life. But as of lately there's someone running the place that has been quite hostile and rude to her. And that wasn't an isolated experience I personally witnessed it with my own two eyes on one occasion. Further the online posted hours do not reflect the actual hours or that same hostile actor was lying about Sunday hours. Little does she know the last time we walked in there she ran off many hundreds of dollars worth of sales for her boss that we were all too eager and happy to spend. Listen kid, you're working in service industry. It doesn't matter if you like somebody or not. You leave your crap at the door when you clock in in the morning can you treat each and every cash paying customer with respect and courtesy. No cash paying customer should ever walk out your door feeling like they were alienated or otherwise treated in some sort of disrespectful manner without provocation. Neat little store. It has a vintage thrift vibe. They sell different jewelry, shoes,trinkets,vintage concert t shirts,Harley Davidson bike week shirts . a bit of this and that.
