Red's Ale House & Grill — Restaurant in City of Oneonta

I’m never going back. I was trying to get up on the table to dance with my friends(as you’re allowed to do so) for my birthday and I got ripped down by security without a reason why. I said don’t grab me like that what’s the issue and he said relax we went back and forth with that for a few minutes then I finally got told”it was only 4 on a table at a time” which I completely understand and respect. However the staff handled this situation in an awful way while leaving a bruise on my arm, a small one but I shouldn’t have one at all. The situation was handled poorly. The guy was older and bald, and has been aggressive with other female patrons in the past, seems to just be on an ego trip. I went to the owner and he truly did not try to hear me out I felt like I had to keep repeating myself before I could get into his head that the staff is too aggressive and rude to their patrons which he just wouldn’t accept. Disappointed. The restaurant wasn't open at 17:10, ten minutes after the sign indicated it would be. After another ten minutes of waiting with no sign of life inside and doors still locked, I chose another place to have dinner, figuring yet another local establishment had sadly gone out of business. Walking by about two hours later, I discovered the place was simply very late to open. This could be rare for all I know, but in my one experience with the establishment thus far, not being open for orders is pretty high up there in terms of a bad time. Where do I start!!! We came here after a baseball game with 15 people. When we arrived we were the only people in the place. It took 20 min to get a beer and refills were non existent. Let’s get to the food I ordered the wings. I ordered the garlic parm and sweet chili ranch. The wings took 40 min to come out. When they did they were cold AF!! On a good note the place has a cool atmosphere but they should stick to beer and liquor only and scrap the food concept.
