If you want to feel part of the local community while in PeekSkill visit the Copperhead Club. A newly renovated and family owned establishment where you can see a photo album of the staff that chronicles its journey. Everyone makes you feel welcome and service is on point. The happy hour is always on as they offer entry level cans of beer at 3 bucks all the way up to high end cocktails. However, they do have a weekday happy hour with some food options. I look forward to additional happy hour options to include well drinks, drafts, along with drink and pairing. Get a pretzel with an Octoberfest beer or truffle fries with a smoked Manhattan ;-) Let’s talk about the food options. A smell wafers out the kitchen stack and starts the salvation process inadvertently while approaching. The menu offers classic American food options and the party melt is a must. Unlike most places they allow a free salad sub for fries. The portions are large and tasty. Family friendly location with darts, pinball, and Jenga. Come enjoy the sunset with views of the Hudson River while being part of a hip cool vibe. Everyone knows everyone here even if it’s your first time.

The Copperhead Club in Peekskill is truly a hidden gem! I went with my kids on Christmas Eve last year, and it was such a special experience—the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Since then, I’ve been back often, especially for happy hour, and it never disappoints. One of my absolute favorites is their onion dip with chips—it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! It takes me right back to the holidays—Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter—when my family would always have onion dip, but Copperhead takes it to a whole other level. Their homemade peanut butter shot is also incredible (with whiskey, I believe)—smooth, unique, and dangerously good. The chef, bartenders, and waitstaff are all so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere feels like family, and to top it off, the sunsets over the Hudson River right across the street are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The Copperhead Club isn’t just a place to grab a drink or a meal—it’s a true treasure in Peekskill. Friendly people, amazing food, great drinks, and unbeatable views… it’s like finding a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend!

This bar is a true hidden gem on the Peekskill waterfront! The food is inventive, creative, and consistently delicious. Everything is made fresh and thoughtfully sourced from local farmers, which really sets it apart. You can taste the quality in every bite. The drink menu is just as impressive—well-crafted, flavorful, and perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick cocktail or settling in for a night out. The staff is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The vibe is laid-back and fun, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Outside, there’s a projector where they often play the game, adding to the great community feel. Inside, you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained—pinball, giant Jenga, Uno cards—whether you’re out with friends or on a first date. The space is always clean, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and lively. If you’re looking for a unique spot with amazing food, great drinks, and a fun, welcoming environment, this place is an absolute must-visit. Also, there’s plenty of parking which is always a plus!

This is an amazing spot. The food is unbelievably delicious. Everything on the menu is spot on. The wings are top notch, especially the hoisin hot. The patty melt is out of control good and one of the best burgers in Westchester. The half chicken is amazing. The sleeper is the Philly cheese quesadilla, absolutely stellar. But the mac daddy is The Mac and cheese, quite possibly the best I've ever had. The drinks are also excellent, the mixed drinks and cocktails are super unique and you can tell they're made with the finest ingredients, the entire staff are true mixologists who take pride in their craft. The beer selection is also fantastic and constantly rotating, both draft and bottles/cans. But the best is the homemade peanut butter whiskey, especially if you can get lucky enough to be there when it's fresh off the press and still warm. What makes copperhead the wonderful place it is though is the staff, you can tell they are all very nice, genuine people, no bs, no drama. They all go out of their way to make sure you are welcomed and satisfied. Congratulations to copperhead on their first year, what they have done in a short time is...

The Copperhead Club has quickly become one of our favorite local spots! The food, ambiance, and cocktails are always great, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Recently, we approached the team about hosting my 30th birthday party and the experience was wonderful! We worked with Kacie and decided to have hot trays of food available for our guests, and she helped us to decide how much food was necessary for the number of guests we had. We opted for a cash bar option, but Kacie presented us with several other options to accommodate us, and was incredibly helpful in the planning process. There was plenty of space for us, and guests were excited to play pinball, board games, and sip on the wonderful craft cocktails they offer. The team was attentive, kind, and helped to make my birthday night the best it could be!

We will absolutely consider the Copperhead Club for future events, and until then, we will be there for weekly date nights, or to sit and get work done while I snack on some Spam fries and have my favorite Bittersweet Spritz!

Run, don't walk, to try the Copperhead Club if you haven't yet had...
