La Cascada — Restaurant in City of Peekskill

I'd love to give them more stars because they were so friendly but.... there are so many things to offset their friendliness. Firstly we waited 10 minutes before anyone brought water or menus. Then waited over an hour(no exaggeration) to get our food. 3 Other groups came after us and got their food before us. Get this, when the food finally came out, they got my order wrong. They gave me chicken instead of shrimp. Unfortunately I don't eat chicken. I was going to just leave without eating anything but I decided to wait for them to remake it for me. I was so hungry. And my friend got tacos... they were terrible. They only had cheese and lettuce on them. Will never go here...

Worst customer service ever. We had to seat ourselves; go up and get menus from the host's station. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting a waitress came to our table and was very disrespectful and rude. She informed us we had to order three of the same items from the appetizer menu however the items are priced individually. We recommend you visit the restaurant (El Rincon Colombiano) next door...we did and...

Great food, great prices. Did I mention massive portions? It's a solid place to get Latin American food. Usually a wait for pick up, but we'll worth it. Casual dine in experience, grab your own drinks if you want, not joking. I order one chicken and rice and feed all 4 kids (they don't charge for sharing plates). Great for big families. Try...
