Bazzano's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Plattsburgh

Hi PEEPS I do Yelp reviews as well.I grew up in Brooklyn Little Italy.Lived in Florida and now my home Plattsburgh NY.Ihadnt had NY pizza in 15 years and a local recommended BAZZANOS.THEY had a special for $28.99 One large 2 topping pie and 24 wings.I ordered a pepperoni and sausagepie.I I ordered 24 garlic wings with blue cheese.Ok the pizza was good.Of course I've had better but would get a pie from there.When I opened the wings they were dry decrepped burnt wings.The kicker was only 1 little cup of blue cheese.LOL I guess Blue cheese syrup yes syrup is very expensive .I couldnt eat the wings.I was watching the Giants and called owner at half time.I talked to KELCY and explained what you just read.She replied you only get 1 LITTLE tub of syrup(no chunk or thickness "WONDER IF IT WAS "" I didnt try it and the burnt wings got me a "TOO BAD"" So if you wanna take a chance at pizza OK Imagine if you get 50 burnt wings and 1 tub syrup.They get one star 4 ok pie & minus 4 stars for wings and owners "TOO BAD"" I DONT RECOMMEND I cant BELIEVE but Man my 2nd day back home. I love the pizza from this place, it reminds me of home. That being said, the customer service is absolute garbage. I attempted to place an order a few months ago that i have placed at least a dozen times, enough to know my total. The woman on the phone was very snappy and trying to rush me through my order, and then told me my total was almost $10 over what I normally pay. I corrected her and said that I knew my total, and she told me that the prices had changed and if I didn’t like it then I could order somewhere else. I cancelled the order and called back 20 minutes later and spoke to someone else, who gave me the correct total and promised that they would look into the matter. I highly doubt they ever did. Their website says that they are open until 3 AM in two separate locations. However, tonight my boyfriend and I attempted to place an order just past midnight, and no one picked up the phone. I called six times, each one ringing for several minutes until the line went dead.

I have ordered from here for years. I ordered their lasagna for two. After we received the meal I noticed that the ricotta cheese was spoiled, I couldnt eat it. I took time out to call quickly to let them know so they could address the issue. It was awkward for me. So today I call to see about the issue being rectified and I was told at first to call back due to she wasn't there yesterday it was Patty. Then I was told that there hasn't been any other issues from anyone else and I should of requested something to be done then. I again told her it was awkward at that moment. I was calling now. She then stated there was no other issues. I took this as she doubted me, IM LYING?! How would she know?? She already stated she wasn't there and she could of got my name, number and researched it and got back to me. But no, she automatically insinuates that I wasn't being truthful! I did not once ask or mention how it could of been made right! I even stated I still had the meals! Customer satisfaction is definitely not on top of their list. Then quality of food...
