Flight Wine Bar — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I attended Roc Paint and Sip this past Saturday. It was a gorgeous day to be outside on the patio sipping wine and painting. My wine and appetizer choice was superb. I also appreciate the special attention payed by the owner or manager. I did not enjoy the painting class. It was poorly managed with little guidance for a novice painter. It was not set up as class because they didn't teach anything. I thought we would be shown an image and guided through it as a group that didn't happen. For the cost I would have liked a more cohesive class. I would've liked for the host to be in front of us opposed to the back of us doing their own thing. I was advised by the host I picked a bad session to come to it's more free paint there is usually more options like stencils. There should never be a bad class. The host also told me to find my own image on Pinterest.. that was not advertised nor was it advised as free paint. But when I look back the description is very vague... and the image didn't match the delivered product. I did not enjoy the experience and left unfilled with a cheeseboard that looks like a 6 year old did it. Lack of focus, direction, support, ability and materials. I would not recommend the Paint and Sip by Roc...

We went in for a birthday for a friend visiting from Virginia. She loves wine and we have never been to Flight but heard good things. We sat in the couch area and after 15 mins we were asked to move because a party of 12 came in and the waitress said that the spot we were in was the only spot to accommodate 12 people. We agreed to move to the table area even though the spot we were was a perfect space for the 5 of us. When we got to the table area there were 12 chairs which would have fit that group much better. It is disheartening that we were asked to move because that group really wanted the sitting area...shame...

I really enjoy the Sweet Dreams flight with the moscato being my favorite. The cheese options are good and the staff are friendly. On the downside, the furniture inside was set up in a way that didn't allow for a wheelchair accessible path to the bathrooms. The staff did move the furniture so I could get to the bathroom, but if they weren't there to move it I wouldn't have been able to get to the ladies room. I strongly recommend that they permanently rearrange the furniture to ensure an ADA compliant path so that all patrons can use...
