Not an average coffee shops for our area. No drip coffee, only latte's, cappuccinos, espresso and then like. which is totally fine. I had hoped for a drip coffee, but was able to pivot to something else. small pastry selection, no real food, by the pastries were good. Friendly and fast service.
The shop was packed full of people coming, going and some working or meandering with thier coffee.
Overall mercury coffee has a good vibe and fills the void left by the previous coffee shop very nicely.

   Read moreDelicious coffee, tried the Dear Carol and loved it. Their large lattes have 3 shots of espresso, which I've learned is uncommon among most coffee shops, so that was awesome! The cafe was very busy when I tried it for the first time after reading a local article about the shop's opening. It was nice to see so many people supporting a new local business and hearing the story of it expanding from a coffee cart to a shop. Why? The oat milk latte I ordered was well balanced. This may seem common sensical, though this skill is, in my opinion, not achieved at most coffee shops. With that being said, score!
The other standout was the atmosphere. Both employees were friendly - and, comfortingly so, it was not in a obnoxious or insincere way. Customer service doesnât always have to be loud.
