RGH PLEASE GET A Franchise that cares. RGH employees deserve a change for the better maybe Firehouse Subs. Fire the Subway “manager”,their workers have a bad attitude! Terrible service, i waited for minutes to see anyone working. I could’ve made my own sub and walked off but i didn’t. Finally a person came out more interested in their phone than saying hello. Distracted by some girls in the area rather than customer service. The number 1 Philly was scrawny. Subway your fired too i’m not paying $9 for basically a meatless 6 inch steak sub. Stop paying millions to celebrities and start making hearty subs delivered with employees that deliver real customer service. I ordered spinach, the rep put in lettuce on my sub, took out the lettuce when I told her I ordered spinach not lettuce, and put them back on the container for lettuce. Not very sanitary. The 2 customers after me, same mistake, except they demanded to have their sandwiches completely redone. I overheard one say loudly, “gross!” Rep did 3 sandwiches after me before she let me pay for my sub. By the time I got off the counter I only had 10 minutes left of my 30 minute break. There needs to be training for this location, that when the veggies or whatever have been put on a bread and already mixed with the meat and mayo sauce, they shouldn’t put them back on the container where they got them for use for future customers, but rather should throw them away. Read moreFood is fair, at best. Service is terrible. In the midst of making my sandwich, employee stopped my order and took and started the order of the person behind me. She bounced back to mine, added a veggie. Then stopped again and continued w the person behind. Finished my order, then had me wait to check out. Finally, checking me out. In the midst of checking me out, I realized I had a coupon, and gave it to the clerk. She said it was too late as she rang me out. I asked her to void the order, but she "couldn't." I asked for the manager. The other clerk/manager said she also needed a manager, but not working today. She tried to call a manager, but "no one answered." Convenient!
