I ordered BOGO which can only be ordered online for pickup using the subway app or the subway website. You can get delivery from GrubHub but you won't get the BOGO deal. You also will not get the BOGO deal ordering in-store.
there's something wrong with both the subway app and their website. Neither would allow me to sign in. After numerous attempts I finally realized that there was a guest checkout button. Using GUEST checkout my order went through - lost a half star.
When I arrived at Subway my food was ready to go. the counter person was great and handed me my food even though she was already helping others. At home I noticed the sandwiches seemed very fresh and well-made however there was a noticeable lack of the various vegetables that I had ordered. Everything was there, just in much smaller portions then I would have had if I ordered in the store - lost half a star.
overall it went pretty good and since it only cost me a little over $8 for two foot-long subs I was okay with it.
I will definitely order from this location again. I think I saw on the ordering menu where you can ask for extra.,. I just hope that that won't charge me more asking for...

Read moreTried to go to go to this store because of the convenience. I've gone a few times and had successful and reasonably good experiences. However it is a hit and miss kind of situation. I actually met the owner of this and to other establishments and he indicated that he was doing everything he could to clean up the all the stores. Once again I have found myself disappointed because I wanted to basically a walk-in cooler because the heat was not working in the Monroe Avenue store now I am at 1 to slight someone without reason.
