I met up with a friend here for dinner last night and I have to say, I was super impressed. She had been there several times, so I took my lead from her on ordering. We decided against appetizers, as she warned me the portions were huge. The waiter - a lovely gentleman whose name I have unfortunately forgotten - brought us delicious warm bread while I looked over the menu. There is a choice of oil for dipping or butter (the bread was good with both). Next, a tossed salad (included with the meal). I followed my friend, who recommend the balsamic dressing with blue cheese crumbles. Sooo good - highly recommend! Now, onto dinner. I had a taste of her Chicken Francese and it was perfect; lightly battered and the sauce was delicious. Definitely what I will order next time. I tried the Chicken Sorrentino, which is Chicken and eggplant topped with cheese and prosciutto. Also excellent, great flavor. And the pasta - all homemade! I had the cavatappi with homemade red sauce. The pasta was perfect and the sauce too (not too sweet or acidic). Finally, I had to try their tiramisu. It was good, right in the middle. Service was excellent; drinks refilled regularly, attentive without hovering. Nice relaxed atmosphere. And great prices considering everything is more expensive these days. I can't wait to go back!

Heard so much about this place only to be disappointed. First and foremost. If you use a CREDIT CARD, be prepared for 3% SURCHARGE to be added to your bill. I think this should be known to the customers before they pay or on the menu. Our meals consisted of an order of Chicken Sorrento and an order Chicken Francese, which the chicken was dry. We had to ask for a side of the sauce to help with the meal. The Chicken Sorrento was on average good. Both dishes were sided with pasta. The menu's were not constant in pricing. One menu shows the Chicken Sorrento at $27, while the other shows it at a higher price. We asked, and were told it is the higher price. With track season just around the corner, things need to be corrected.

I recently discovered this hidden gem, and it quickly became my go-to spot for celebrating special moments. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. What truly sets this place apart is its authentic cuisine. I brought my in-laws who are from Italy who felt right at home! Esme and Domenic were amazing. They were hand picked for us as they both speak Italian and my in-laws only spoke Italian. Every dish we tried showcased genuine recipes that transport you straight to the heart of Italy. They never disappoint and it truly has become a favorite spot. Thank you so much!

Beyond disappointed! I took the time to call in a reservation for a party of four, Myself my husband and my Elderly In-laws. I specifically requested a corner seating as two in our party are partially deaf and my Mother in-law has Parkinson's. I also explained this was a 60th Birthday celebration for my husband and his absolute favorite food is a NYC style Pizza with the works and all the Appetizers that go with it. ( which we have been told over and over again is what they excel at). The person taking the reservation assured me we would be well treated and seated appropriately as she would make notes that spelled out our needs. Bottom line, we saw quiet tables available! Instead they sat us in the middle of the busiest room in the restaurant (no reserved placards on the tables period). It was so loud NO ONE could hear each other. WE ordered our apps and our large pizza just the way we wanted it. Ten minutes later we were told no bell peppers for our pizza, then waitress returned to tell us they were out of pepperoni!!?? Mind you, there is a large Price Chopper supermarket 5 doors down in the same plaza! (Go get some Peppers and Pepperoni, DUH!!!). After our Apps arrived another 30 Minutes later our Pizza arrived 20 minutes after that, minus bell peppers and pepperoni, my husbands favs. We all took a slice & yuck was the first words out of my mouth. This is just GROSS, I said, it was soggy wet and stone cold. We did not eat it! Waitress was very apologetic, I explained to her The manager tossed her under the bus on this one, he should of told us this "GREAT" Italian restaurant had no peppers and no pepperoni not make her do it. Plus once we told her the pizza Was disgusting, he should of came to our table full of apologies. HE DID NOT! We were told he was to busy on the phone. They then pulled the want a free desert card , we replied we just want to go home. This experience ruined my husbands 60th birthday parties dinner, so they comped the pizza, but the damage was done. This place is mismanaged and very unpredictable and as locals we will never be back. Maybe because I am a male in a gay relationship we were purposely treated this way, maybe NOT. one never knows. Either Way Pizza Time 3 miles down the road is a much better choice, although not as fancy or as expensive! Sometimes less is...

Absolutely love this place!!! The eggplant parm is my favorite and my son loves the chicken parm! And the prosciutto wrapped asparagus appetizer is sinfully delicious!!! I would definitely recommend this place and the service is almost always wonderful as well!

UPDATE We went with a group of 5 tonight. Now as you can see from above this place had always been a favorite that I suggest to anyone and everyone who asks! Tonight would be a bit of a different story. We were sat as soon as we arrived as we had made reservations. The man "Joe" who served us never once introduced himself. When we said "thank you" if and when that was acknowledged he would replied with"Yep" "Yeah" or "sure". The other man who helped him serve our meals never even acknowledged when we said thank you. The only person who was amazing as far as our service went was the bus boy!! He was awesome refilled our water very attentively and he is the one who cam back the most to check on us to see if we needed anything. About 10 minutes after he wrapped our leftovers Joe came over and said "You guys need anything else?" Never asked us if we would like coffee or dessert. Basically was like here's your check leave now. I will be iffy about returning or recommending anyone else to go just because of the service alone. I can get better service at a diner! But I will say the food was absolutely outstanding! But would have been much better without having to swat all...

I was there last night, sitting in the booth behind Raymond Mailloux, who left a negative review and I would like to give my input on the situation.

Not sure about the fly situation he spoke of as I saw ZERO fruit flies and I was drunk red wine….they love that! There was ONE annoying fly going around but come on not really a reason to complain!

They were extremely short staffed (as are most places) while we were the the bartender cut herself and had to leave to get stitches so yes drinks were a little slow!

I was there when a seasoned employee apologized and explained that the manager on duty was behind the bar that was currently back up (due to the bartender cutting herself). He apologized and asked if there was anything he could do to try and remedy the situation. I did not hear his response to him BUT when the manager came over and apologized Mr. Mailloux was down right rude and loud! The manager explained that he was sorry and when asked what he could do to remedy it he just kept saying he was calling the health department and leaving a bad review.

When the waiter came over Mr. Mailloux was again belittling and rude.

No matter how much he was apologized to he was still miserable and mean! Some people are just miserable and you can’t do anything to make them happy 🤷🏻‍♀️

Was service slow? Yes! Do I understand why? Yes! Was the food amazing? YES!

This was my husbands first time here and we can’t...
