if i could give No stars i would. They give me such a hard time for everything. first messed up my delivery date, had to wait another week. Tries to tell me im late on every payment had to call corporate and correct everything because they were trying to deny me on getting my washer fixed. gave me a replacement washer while they fix mine but guess what, they gave me a broken one too :) they've had my washer for over a month now and has yet to call me and let me know when it arrived. I set up an appointment to have it delivered and MADE SURE it was suppose to be on a Thursday then tells me its on Friday not Thursday. its just a pure headache every time. Veronica is the WORST.she makes everything hard for me purposely. i dont even get how they allow someone so rude and nasty to work there. im sure she is the reason my account gets messed up every time ever since we had a problem. had the nerve to tell me how she and customers were listening and laughing at me as i was trying to clear up confusion. she doesnt let you speak, just talks all over you. i would highly recommend going to a different Rent a center. Corporate is amazing though and very helpful on giving you the RIGHT info. and if you happen to deal with these people only talk to Jason. he's clearly the only one with common sense :) but if not AVOID...
Read moreGood store, good customer service and polite staff aside from Nick who tried to interrogate me for being late with my payment.. I made an arrangement to come in on a Saturday, had a death in my immediate family 2 days before outta state, so I called on Monday to say to say sorry I missed Saturday and I would be there to pay it up to date n including the next payment (would be early) and instead of getting any type of compassion or understanding I got. Well what exact time will u be in and why is ur payment late? After explaining someone passed he processed to say well u said u would be here Saturday .. i again stated I was outta state for a death and he continued to say well this isn’t the way it works… I mean I get compassion isn’t a requirement for the job but how about some customer service or humanity. That alone makes me wanna return my 25$ a week couch n go to Aaron’s… You dont Interrogate someone who is grieving and Changjng to come in 4 days later than promised.. this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with Nick. Read moreThe staff are super nice but it doesn't make up for lack of customer service. I've used Rent a Center for 10 years and never had an issue. Wanted a sectional and was told a used one was "like new...8/9 out of 10" for 250 less per the manager from the store it was coming from. On day of delivery was told truck was broken down (don't they have other RACs??). Then waited two more days to get sectional. Asked manager to please deliver alittle early as we had a dinner to go to but it came at the hour it was scheduled for (he never changed the time after agreeing to). Then the "8/9 out of 10" sectional had a huge chunk taken out of the bottom of the chaise, scratches all over and fabric hanging at the bottom. Looks worse than what you'd get at a garage sale. Now I have to wait two weeks for a new one. No word yet if it was ordered but I'm sure they will call me when they want their money 😂😂 Yup and I was right!! Called twice for a payment and I was just due but made wait two weeks for the couch AND were over an hour late delivering it and made us waste...
