U•ME — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

My friend and I stopped in here today finally after walking by so many times throughout the past few weeks. I didn’t have high hopes coming in due to the location, the plaza makes you think it may just be a mediocre take out place. I was dead wrong, this place is beyond amazing!

We felt like we were in downtown Tokyo in a treehouse. The decor was so unique and incredible looking. The seating is designed in a really artistic way and makes you feel like you’re in a treehouse. The music they play is not too loud, it is just right and it’s so incredibly peaceful. It’s Japanese classical music and it is so lovely!

The staff were so modest, kind, attentive and all had warm radiant smiles. I had the beef ramen and my friend had the stir fry. I got a brown sugar boba tea and it was the best boba I’ve had yet. It was served in a tall glass cup and the bowl the ramen was served in was so cool looking! The ramen was delicious and I could taste every element incorporated.

This is a really peaceful place with a super artistic feel, with a staff who are happy to be there. It’s not overwhelming and it’s a great place for more introverted people like myself.

U ME is a fantastic new addition to the Saratoga dining scene! From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the unique and stylish aesthetic. The intricate beehive seating booths create an intimate and cozy atmosphere, and just add a WOW factor.

The service was top-notch – everyone was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. You order at the counter, which is quick and easy, and then your food is brought right to your table.

The food! - the spring rolls were absolutely the best I've had in the area – fresh and flavorful. The lavender tea was a delightful and refreshing treat. I also highly recommend the beef boa buns; they were melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

For my main course, I tried both the spicy and sour jia jang noodles and the hell ramen. The jia jang noodles were perfectly balanced, and while the hell ramen was labeled as 'spicy,' it was more flavorful than overwhelmingly hot.

Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at U ME. The combination of the unique ambiance, friendly service, and exceptional food makes it a must-try. I'm so glad to have U ME in Saratoga and can't...

We sat in a honeycomb booth, which they were very private and made the experience even better as we didn't have someone right next to us. The service was great. We started with the crab Rangoon. And guess what, there was crab in the rangoon!!! We then had a pineapple fruit tea and a strawberry milk tea. You can adjust the sweetness on this. Our ramen bowls were unique and both delicious. Ume Ramen was my spouses choice, and she loved it!! The broth was flavorful and full of body. The noodles danced in the liquid like they were in a hot tub. She also added extra fried chicken. I had the Jingo Ku Ramen, and I added an extra egg. This broth was tantalizing and had a good spice flavor to it. The Ramen noodles soaked this broth up. My sinuses had a good run, and again, the flavor of this broth was the star and an amazing flavor. The shrimp, chicken, and pork were all delicious as well. It's a very welcoming spot just before downtown. And it is a great addition to the area. Can't wait to come back and try...
