Starbucks — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

Recently went in here in somewhat of a rush due to having to get to class. When I got there, at the counter where u order was a worker talking to the worker behind the counter, they both saw me standing there waiting to order and continued talking. I ordered an ice coffee with a flavor in it. When I got my iced coffee, there was maybe 3 pieces of ice in it that melted very quickly and barely any flavor. Had no time to say something to them since i was already late to my class. Very annoyed with my experience here and will not...

I only get tea here. Using a reusable cup. They frequently don't give me the discount and today I just wanted one tea bag which is a small but they charged me for a medium anyway. It's a small amount of $ but I still feel disrespected. Going to a different shop/cafe from now on. Update: the baristas at this Starbucks are all good or better than good. My review is petty but don't offer a discount and then forget to apply it. I'm fussy and very fussy about tea so I'm just expecting more than is reasonable for this kind...

I often order coffee from this place. But it's hard to meet good service people. Several times it was an old woman. Bad and mean attitude. No patience for new Starbucks employees. I order . Ice Brown sugar expresso with oat milk. Foam on top. She makes brown sugar expresso with foam and one drop of oat milk. I said you made my order was wrong. She answer me just like that. It's my service for you . I hope change another one instead old lady! No more...
