Cafe Coffee Deli and Convenience Store — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

I have eaten here twice so far. The cheese fries wasn't great at all. The second time I ordered a turkey and swiss on a hard roll. Roll was not hard at all.. turkey was bland cheese was bland and the cookies I brought were stale. Now I give them two stars for being locally owned and having an extensive menu and for being clean and somewhat friendly. I will try breakfast soon to see if that is any better then the other food that I have tried because other reviews are raving about breakfast but in order to say you a a hard roll the roll should be hard as you stated. I guess I was looking for NY CITY style deli sandwich and I got a regular Schenectady sandwich. I noticed in the reviews that they addressed thank you to those that gave great compliments but don't seem to address any review that wasn't great to see if they could change or fix the issue or apologize for the customers...

The staff is really friendly and there's even ample and clean seating. The seating areas have games at each table that include chess; Chutes and Ladders; etc. There's even a mini arcade and a gym in the back. The food is made fresh and there's tons of useful items on sale there, such as lighters; beverages; snacks; and toiletries. The music playing is 80s rock and pop and they have sports on the tvs. I will definitely revisit this diner! Great food; shopping selection;...

Dont order online!!! Ordered food based on there posted open time of 10am no one was there until noon so payed for the order and had to wait 2 and a half hours for some one to make the food i had already payed for. Got 2 bacon egg and cheese and a caramel coffee. Worst breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Burnt sausage patty burnt bacon one sandwich was on a burger bun one was on toast for some reason ? coffee was burnt. Terrible experience avoid at all cost...
