2-3 people in line so it didn't take long to get our order. Got to the window and before I even took the drink as I knew it wasn't right I let the lady know exactly what I asked for. The drink they were trying to hand me had 6 or 7 extras added including two shots of expresso. I simply asked for a caramel frozen coffee. May seem stupid to add a review but what got me the most is after explaining to the lady exactly what I asked for - no extra, not even a minute later they provide me the same drink from the same cup originally handed to me but without the whip cream on top. Told me they remade it. Drove off went inside and they proceeded to tell us that this is correct and it's just the sticker. No you lied and thought I wouldn't notice. Rather then taking the accountability and remaking it properly the first time I let them know. Guy starts to remake the drink and continually states that my fiance said I was allergic to cream. Like where did that even come from because neither one of us had said that ever. I let him know twice that I wanted a normal caramel frozen coffee that is made with normal cream. Guy comes back with the blender and almond milk and continues to say that my fiance said I was allergic to cream so what do you want... Like for the third time if you opened your ears, no one ever said I was allergic. Finally remade the drink exactly how I asked. No reason I had to explain it as many times as I did nor have to come in after explaining at the window. Team needs to slow down, read the screen/stickers to the receipts properly and stop pushing it on the customer to help them do simple orders. I'm sure they will just say it was my fault and I'm being a "karen" but it's definitely not when it comes to a full coffee order screw up. The team has messed up on our orders before and we never said anything as it wasn't a big deal for minor misunderstandings or mistakes. Icing on the cake...
Read moreToday like some days I went to this specific Dunkin Donuts and got faced with rude insensitive associates. I had realized after ordering the food I forgot my wallet and had called my husband to send me a picture of one of my credit cards. When I got to the window I had explained to the associate I had forgot my wallet is there a way you can type the card manually.. she said no and called another associate over who tried to find a way and said no I can’t do it. So I stared at them blankly and asked if there was a manager available who I can leave my info and come back to pay later ($7 and some change) cause I really need this food rn due to being pregnant and didn’t want to faint at work. She was kind enough to give me the meal and said don’t worry about it. As I’m leaving the first associate makes a comment saying must be nice in a rude voice. That really hurt my feelings, there is no need to being nasty we are all humans and make mistakes. I’ll be going back to pay that $7 and some change. There is no humanity left in this world,...
Read moreI was so impressed with the service that I received from the ladies that was working Tuesday afternoon. From the time I pulled up to the drive thru to order I had to compliment the young lady who took my order because regardless of what we all are dealing with this pandemic but her voice, her energy was so up beat and unexpected. She actually made my day even better and I was happy that I chosen toval usableere and grab a bite to eat. For me good energy when buying outside food makes a difference with how me as a customers decides if I will eat in a fast food restaurant or any restaurant. Also, what I will tell others, that's the "word if mouth" in which can be beneficial or hurt any business! It plays a major role with how I perceive the business and how the employees are being treated, what you "give is what you will receive" period this apples to everything in life. If I'm not happy someplace, with something or feel like I'm not appreciated I leave because to me every second of my time is precious...
