I work at a hospital and order delivery medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and 10 wings Buffalo costing 23 something it took over an hour for us to receive our order when we got it to the office there's a garlic pizza and barbecue wings definitely not what we ordered we called and complained and said the wings we would deal with but we needed the right pizza we were told they would get the pizza right to us 2 hours later it was almost time for me to leave work mind you I work 7 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. and my partner works 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. we cannot leave the office if there's not two of us in there there has to be one person in the office 24/7 so needless to say we had to tell him it was too late there's no way we could receive the pizza and I complained because I wanted at least half the money back I was told there is no refunds and the best they could do was put it on that we were entitled to one free pizza need to say it's not really a free pizza when we didn't get to eat a pizza and I had explained I was able to go home to eat something for dinner but my partner was going to have to work the whole night with nothing to eat I was told there are no managers on at night and that there was nobody that could help me and that she would put one credit for a free pizza and because I was making a big deal she would allow me to have pepperoni on it I paid for it pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and you're going to allow me really so I did call the next morning and I ask for I manager I was told managers aren't around they're all on delivery orders to call back later or leave my number I called back later once again I was told her no managers around or available to speak to me so I explained to the person what was going on and he said the only thing that he was allowed to do was credit me another pepperoni pizza and 10 wings so I'm thinking okay I'll get what I actually paid for plus one extra Pizza that sounds fair only to find out that they removed one of the pizzas off of there and only gave us what we actually paid for in the first place I did not find this Fair seeing that my partner had to go a whole night working with only five Wings to eat because none of us in our office eat garlic and we had to wait until we were working together again so two weeks to get what we paid for no managers ever called me back even though I left my phone number I felt I deserved something more for having to wait 2 weeks to get what I paid for and I deserved a sincere apology from a manager I will be fair and say when we got the right food it was absolutely delicious but I still feel ripped off after waiting two weeks to get what I paid for because we had to throw away the whole pizza the first time again no one like garlic and we didn't even get the wings we wanted what we were willing to live with if they were a good company that would apologize and make an effort in good faith to make up for us waiting over 3 hours and never ending up with our food this would have been a good place to eat but seeing that they don't care about their customers I don't know if I would ever order...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews however, I don’t want anyone to have the same experience that I did. I ordered ahead for pick-up, thinking that it would cut the wait time that I would have as I was on my lunch break. When I arrived, I told the woman behind the counter that I was there to pick up an order. She verified the order and had me sign off. I went to the back and sat down. I ended up waiting for an hour. During this hour, I watched as delivery drivers left, came back and left again. I heard about the workplace drama, including a slew of profanities. I also listened as they worked to ensure that another customer had the correct order, seemingly going the extra mile to make sure everything was correct. It wasn’t until one of the delivery drivers came back that I was finally addressed. He walked up to me and stated that after I ordered food and ate, I was only allowed a certain amount of time to continue to stay in the restaurant (a polite way of telling me to get out) I then told him that I had ordered food and was still waiting. He then went to the woman at the counter and told her that I had ordered and was waiting. She then asked me what I was waiting for. I told her what I ordered, and it seemed as if she had just remembered. The gentleman that addressed me walked back into the kitchen, grabbed the order, and brought it to me which led me to believe that the order had been ready and waiting. As I walked out, I did get what I think was an apology However, the ordeal just seemed to be shrugged off. This is not the first time that I have had to wait this long for food from Franco’s. This is actually the shortest time that I have had to wait. It is because of this that I choose not to go to Franco’s but, on this night, I decided to give them another try. It is disappointing that it took a whole hour for someone to address me while in the restaurant, that I was clearly forgotten and overlooked, and that possibly because of how I was dressed and looked, that I was some vagrant (as I was informed that the restaurant tends to have a lot of and the reason I was finally addressed). I feel that the gentleman that did finally approach me should have led with asking me if I had been helped, rather than assuming that I was loitering. I also feel that the person who had the initial concern should have come to me rather than having the gentleman (who seemingly shares the same ethnicity as myself) address the concern. I would like to see the staff of Franco’s do better as they are a great restaurant and the food is almost always perfect but, this was definitely my last visit to Franco’s as MY customer service experience has just been disappointing with every visit. I truly wish Franco’s plenty of success and hope that if there are others who have had negative experiences that the staff of Franco’s will use take this information and make an effort to ensure quality customer service to...
Read moreMy friends and I placed an order for pizza through grubhub, grub hub then proceeded to tell us our food was out for delivery. After about an hour from placing the order we called asking for the location of our pizza cause it still had not arrived, the girl on the phone said she needed to call grubhub because she didn't see our order... We get a call back and she proceeds to tell us that the order came through on the tablet but someone had pressed out for delivery without anything being ready for delivery so our order essentially was skipped, mind you this is just over an hour since we placed the order. She apologized and put the order in and said she would try to put a rush on it. After another 45 minutes we called the resturant to check the status because it was now almost 1am, we were put on hold for several minutes. We hung up and called grubhub and they were able to get ahold of the resturant and told us that it'd be at most another 15 minutes(we're at about 2 hours now) and they said they were unable to give us a discount but we can have a free large pizza on our next order. So we wait 15...20 minutes still no pizza. We call and again were put on hold for several minutes, finally some picked up and told us it was out for delivery and that we were given a medium pizza for our next order, we were told larger but at this point I was too tired and hungry to argue and I wasn't planning on ordering from here again. Finally we recieve a call from the delivery boy and he apologized for the wait and explained how he had to wait 15 minutes at a doctors office because a patient started seizing. So after waiting over 2&1/2 hours for the pizza we get it and it's a tad warmer than cold. After the order mixup we were told we'd be put on rush but still had to wait 1&1/2 hours for our food and we weren't even given priority for delivery. All in all they will not be receiving any more business from me, 2&1/2 hours wait is ubsurd for a Monday night. And they made minimal effort to fix the problem and get us our food. The food was cold and not...
