I ordered my family’s dinner which consisted of 26 wings lightly char grilled with a side of honey garlic sauce from James St Eastwood location. I discovered the order wasn’t correct when my husband got home. The wings were hard and no extra sauce. This has happened upon my last order but I let this go. This time I decided to call to inform them of the incorrect order that cost $35+ and spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE SUPERVISOR. Get this...He told me they were closed and to save my wings for tomorrow for him to inspect them. ????? I couldnt believe that was his solution and I expressed that. He said I could come down now and he would wait I agreed and then he said ok I’ll see you tomorrow ( knowing I said I’ll be down) and hung up. I called right back and he just let the phone ring. I went down like he offered and he acted like he couldn’t hear me through the glass and was telling me they were closed. I said you told me I could come down. He cracked the door to speak to me and he still was VERY, VERY, VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, had no intentions to help and shut the door in my face. Read moreMonday evening I used my gift card that I had for OIP. I ordered two slices of Pizza and a soda. The cashier must have been new. she told me it was going to be $2.58. Because it took off the $5.00 on the gift card. I then tried to have her add on a bottle of soda. She cancelled out the whole order and added it up again. Then it came to $9. Nine dollars and change. Because it cancelled out the Gift card. Wow!!!!! I will not go there again. I will not even order pizza from that place. They got the profit from my gift card and then I had to Pay for my two slices of pizza and soda's. I still can't believe she cancelled out the gift card.
