Tully's Good Times Watertown — Restaurant in City of Watertown

We sat down at the bar and ordered some drinks. We looked at menus ordered some food as we always do. A couple then sat next to us. About 10 minutes later a gentleman sat on the other side of us. They ordered drinks and food. We waited longer than usual but it was busy. The food for the people next to us came out. 10 minutes later the food for the gentleman that arrived 15 minutes after us came out. I asked the Bartender about our food. She said ill check on it. She vanished for 10 minutes and never came back to us. She finally returned and asked if I wanted another drink. I said yes and asked about our food. She said any minute they are finishing it up. Another 10 minutes went by. The people around us who arrived 10 to 15 minutes after us were finished eating. I again asked and she said I will check. Ove an hour now. She vanishes again. I asked another bartender if we could cash out because we had to get going. She looked for our ticket and said she would have to get a manager. Nobody comes to see us. I asked the other Bartender again and she said she was sorry that she would ring us out. Livid at this point the manager showed up after an hour and 20 minutes. I said we just want to get out of here. She said our food is on way out. At this time our bartender we ordered through comes out and says I found it. It was in to go bags. It had been sitting for over an hour on the to go cart. I said we are leaving. I don't want it. I was upset that they wasted all the time not knowing where it was but saying it was on its way. It was a terrible experience and very disappointing that your patience is taken advantage of then rather just say we are gonna re do your order we can't find it and let us decide if we want to wait it out or not. It will be a good while before me or my family step back in that place. The kicker is its...

This place was pretty good! Alot bigger inside than it looks outside. We had to wait longer (than people who came after us) for a table because they didn’t have many high chairs. We were seated eventually, both the hostesses were nice-young-petite-pretty-ditzy lol...Our waitress was attentive, spunky, and knowledgeable about the food, we really liked her. They had free popcorn on the tables which tasted good but seemed like a wierd cheap thing to do. There is an absurd amount of televisions—like layered on top of eachother along the walls. 🤨😆 Radio shack or restaurant? My husband and I shared the nachos for an appetizer and they were really kinda bad. Like something you would make at home when you‘re drunk. The layering was all screwed up meat on the bottom but the chips were really tasty-both my husband and I hate pico and we forgot to say no pico but actually really liked their pico...cool right? We’ll still get something else next time. My 7yr old had a really delicious burger/fries from the kids menu, it had a flame broiled taste. My little toddler who‘s a pastafarian thoroughly enjoyed the kids mac n cheese. We‘d heard about their tenders; so why not try it? Me and my hubs got the buffalo tenders with fries and slaw. I have to say, Ive eaten alot of chicken tenders at alot of different places—This is definitely a batter in a league of its own. Its a rare occasion you can have what feels like a (New) chicken experience. I definitely recommend it. The buffalo wasn’t that hot. Maybe they did that on purpose, but I like alot of heat. Portion was big, I took half my plate home (hubs didn’t, ate it ALL). This is something I can see myself specifically craving. So glad I finally found a restaurant in Watertown I can be excited...

If I could give this place negive stars I would. We went for the first time today and the food was pretty terrible. The garlic wings were delicious as was the loaded potato salad. The Philly cheese steak tasted as though it was already chewed and the onions and peppers weren't cooked. The famous chicken tenders had no flavor, no seasonings...my local bar has better tenders! The burger ordered medium came out well done and was dry and bland. The worst was the numerous health code violations... Food dropped on the floor and left to be walked on, sauce spilled at a table that even after our table brought it to the waitress and hostesses attention was left and then another set of customers was seated at the table and told to watch the sauce on the floor ...they stepped in it and the poor man had to go wash his shoe off in the bathroom and the staff still left the sauce there. Then the waitress spills fries on my boyfriend's feet and doesn't appogise or pick them up she just left the bill and he had to pick them up. We go to walk out and pay our bill because she didn't even wait for the card and there are more fries on the floor that the wait staff have stepped on mulymult times. And we are told we can't pay up front but have to go back to our table. I told them about how gross it was and that they could take our card and payment while we wait there. I will never go back there. Oh also I spent most of my meal with no drink because although our waitress stopped at our table 3 times she never once offered us a refill! This is the first time I have negledneg to leave a tip....
