So today I ordered Shrimp Scampi and 2 orders of a Buffalo wings and what I got was the total opposite of what that order should be.
My shrimp was given in a separate platter with some kind of juice/sauce which had no flavor. It taste more like water with salt and a splash of butter. (Nasty) and the pasta i assumed would be like actual pasta not the big Big ziti kind which was mixed in marinara sauce (I’m allergic to tomato sauce) I thought it would come in white sauce as that’s how you give pasta with shrimp scampi.
Then I asked for Buffalo wings for my son and they gave me dry chicken wings with no sauce on them or aside. I had no silverware in my bag or tissue. I am very disappointed and to add insult to injury I got hung up on after being left on hold for 10 minutes. I had to call them on another phone to ask the guy who answered to pick up the call he had on hold just to place my order. How do you forget you have someone on the phone. I could hear them laughing and playing in the background the whole time.
Crazy part is I was told by the hotel that when they are nearing their closing hours they get sloppy and just throw anything together. This was by far the worse food I’ve ever eaten. Tasteless and very poor directions. They’ll definitely be going out of business very soon.
P.S. To the owner don’t even think about writing under my review that you’re sorry about my experience as you literally are not & just wanting to save face in the reviews section. DON’T BE SORRY DO BETTER! People are paying you their hard earned money ACT LIKE YOU WANT IT. Don’t serve me no different than you wish to be served if you were ordering for...
Read moreWent to the new Marcellino's this past Monday night....what a pleasant surprise. This place is absolutely beautiful. The place is brand new and super clean. The owner (Brian) was very friendly and pleasant. The staff (Mike and another woman while I forgot her name) were great too. Very professional and friendly also. Me an three other people that I was with, sat at the bar first to have a few drinks. Then we sat at a table to eat. The four of us all got something different and all 4 items were delicious. They Brough out some warm bread and dipping oil as well. I was a bit confused at first because the restaurant is within the Royal Regency Hotel and there were gates that you had to go through to get into the parking lot. Do NOT let that stop you. Thy will validate your parking upon leaving. I found this place by accident, however: I WILL be back over and over again and I will bring all different friends and family as well. Thanks again to Brian and the staff for making us feel like we have been coming there for years, even though it was our very first time. See you all there again real soon!!

Read moreCraving fast and authentic New York Italian food? Come here. We just arrived from Dallas to Yonkers. The husband ordered the waiter's favorite dish with shrimp instead of chicken. I had the spaghetti with marinara and the fried zucchini appetizer. Food received 5 stars for the food/service being more for what we bargained for. The fried zucchini was moist and juicy with a nice hot crunchy breading. I could taste the zucchini vegetable and was not over seasoned. For my dish, the zesty tomato on my spaghetti was full of flavor. The homemade complimentary bread was literally fresh with a crispy outside and a fluffy inside. The atmosphere was beautiful with the whimsical xmas decorations, soft lounge xmas music, plus it was not too busy so it was so relaxing. The manager John was such a charming host who introduced himself and recommended places to check out in the area. We felt at home with the warm hospitality, though being...
