The experience started out ok but then Nick began to get very sassy and rude. He was being very derogatory. My dad and I let it slide as the deals seemed good and hey some people are just who they are. The nerve of him for when I asked for the car fax he only provided a top page with no history of the car. I had to ask the receptionist who was really nice and she provided the rest of it that didn't seem legit. Nick kept asking me for a deposit can I have my deposit he kept saying and I should have seen the red flags but I still went through the whole process. The be all end all is this dealership is scammers. The car had recalls that I had to call and find out on my own. I am out out 1030.00 thanks to them but I'm glad they didn't get the check from my bank and that's all I am out. I ask no one go to these people because I should have gone with my first mind. They don't care about you and even if you don't get the car they will keep your deposit. Run run run. This place is not the place you wanna get a car from seems like they have no knowledge of their vehicles and just looking for a quick buck. One thing about me I would never just say something just to say it I say what I mean and mean what I say. Do your research before going to any dealership especially a small mom and pop one like this. If I could give no stars I would but you have to select...
Read moreNot happy with this purchase. The first question I asked upon entering the dealer was what’s the cost out the door for the vehicle, it was a 13 550i. I was getting the run around on that question. They had the car up for $10999. Anyway did the test drive liked the car even though it had some issues they said it would have been taken care of. Did the application agreed on a downpayment and all. After I’m going through the paperwork i see where they charged me $14595 for the vehicle and gave me some bull story that all transactions get a $1999 charge on top of the posted price. Then why was my charge $3500. Come to pick up the car comfort access not working anyway notified them and ending up setting up a meet with their mechanic. After leaving i was entering the highway and had to accelerate hard to get on, both engine mounts were shot. I wouldn’t know this because on the test drive I wouldn’t be driving the car like I would have to get the issue. Then the $3000 warranty that they sold me don’t want to pay the shop for the work done and when I go to the office the guy there knows nothing and has to call the owner and I nerve get a call back. Every time I go he asks the same thing! “Whats my number” I feel like I’m writing a book but they have to do better. Unsatisfied...
Read moreI am in debt for $5000 more than originally stated for 3 1/2 years longer than stated! My wife and I where looking for a minivan. So I used the TrueCar app, to calculate my credit approval and find a 2015 Honda Odyssey in our price range. It was listed for $16,995. I received and email from Tuckahoe Autoland stating the original price of $16,995, and my wife and I drove from Staten Island all the way to Yonkers. We drove the car and was amazed by it's low mileage and condition for being 10 years old. We were in a hurry since we had to be back in Staten Island for our children to get home from school. They were of course very helpful and did all the paperwork on the computer, had me sign digitally, the only question I asked when I seen the size of the monthly payment after my $7000 down was for how long was the loan. I was usured verbally that it was a 2 year loan. We were able to drive home in our new minivan. It is now two months later, and I see by the information received from WestLake Financial that my wife and I still owe $14,911.94 on a 66 payment loan. $14,911.94 = my $7000.00 down payment is a totsl of $21,911.94! The price of the car grew over $5000 dollars and my payments are 3 1/2 years longer than...
