Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

This Domino’s has by far THE WORST delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve ordered twice from here since they’ve opened and both times have been awful. The first time, I placed my order around 12am thinking I had more than enough time being that they close at 2am. They took forever to deliver despite the fact that the pizza tracker on the Domino’s app insisted that the driver had already left with our pizza. Our pizza never came and then we get a call at 2am telling us that they couldn’t find our address and that it was already too late. In all of my years ordering from Domino’s I’ve never had them tell me that they couldn’t find my address and wait until 2am to tell me that it’s “too late” to have my pizza delivered. I tried to give this location another shot and made another delivery order, and this time I placed my order at 11pm. I live fairly close to this location so it baffles me how once again we get a call an hour later from another clueless driver who can’t find our address. After already having waited an hour, we then had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for the driver to get to our actual address. Of course our pizza arrived cold and not at all pleasant to eat. My husband and I had to microwave our pizza in order for it to be enjoyable or even edible. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I just cannot deal with the poor quality delivery service. As someone who’s ordering delivery from my local Domino’s I’m expecting my food to arrive at a timely manner and still be hot or at least warm...

This location is horrible. I ordered and picked up. They had attitudes. I came home to eat with my son. My son opened up the pastas, I ordered 2 Alfredo pastas, none of them had Alfredo sauce on them. They gave me hard pasta that my son said was not edible. I called them and asked them to remake the food and have it delivered as I had 2 hungry kids with me. They never showed up but kept telling me that the driver had already left to deliver my food. I waited an entire hour after them saying the driver is already out. Mind you I don’t even live 10 minutes away from the location by car. So I went over there and said listen my son no longer wants it. I want a refund as you didn’t make my order properly, and we waited an hour and a half for them not to deliver the food. And they tried to say oh but the driver is out with your food. Well… too late now my son lost his appetite from waiting for the food. After arguing with them for 15 minutes, they finally gave my a refund. Never ordering from that location again. The worst service. And this wasn’t the first incident with them. But damn sure will...

I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this location. When I called to place a pickup order, the person who answered was extremely rude. Instead of taking my order, he told me to order online. I explained that I had specific requests and would prefer to place the order by phone, but he hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, this store never accepts coupons—even the ones Domino's provides. They always push customers to order online, but that doesn't work for everyone.

I strongly urge Domino's corporate or management to take serious action regarding the behavior of the staff at this location. Good customer service is...
