I read the reviews on Google, before deciding to try them and although the reviews were not good, I still decided to try them for myself; big mistake. These negative reviews are well deserved. So the ordering on line went flawlessly. I even used the "cute" feature of " I'm coming in the establishment now" to pick up my order.( I say " cute" , because apparently it's nothing more than that) I entered the store, and nobody is at the counter and I stood there waiting for about five minutes, without a common courtesy of a greeting from anybody. As I'm waiting, another customer enters the store, greets me ( I thought he was another employee). Finally someone appeared at the counter and without greeting or asking, started taking care of the other customer and I'm left waiting there as if I didn't even exist or were invisible at the time. I mentioned it to him and his poor excuse 🙄, was that he didn't know I was there first. Really? Who trained this person to be able to work the counter? I reminded him that common courtesy would have been to ask. The customer apologized to me and I told him, it wasn't his fault, if not for the employee behind the counter, that obviously should not be doing a job, he has no idea about. Again, "cute" feature (coming in the store now), it obviously was useless. I'm left to wonder, does the franchise owner even bother to read these horrible reviews?, and if she/he does; obviously they don't care. How can they remain in business? This will be my last time ever, doing business with this franchise. They are plenty of pizzerias in the area that deserve my business, why would I subject myself to a business that doesn't even have common courtesy. And btw, I ordered wings, and they were under cooked, had to finish cooking them on my air fryer. Be careful not to get sick if you order wings. These Google reviews really work, this is why I take the time to share my experiences, whether they are good or bad. So if you desire Domino's that bad, try another franchise, stay away...
Read moreOnline Pizza Order Number: **. This evening, between about 5:45p and 6p., I decided to order pizza from Domino's because I had not eaten any of their pizza in a couple of years. After I placed my order, which was a 14" double beef hand tossed pizza, I drove over to 2307 Reidville Road located in Spartanburg, SC 29301. This restaurant's setup looked pretty decent, but a few people, especially the one older male with the open sores and cuts on the back of his hands between his fingers and knuckles, ruined my first (and last) visit there. As I was waiting to pay for my order, I looked to my right, and I seen this older male preparing the pizza dough. As I was watching him, I had paid for my order and, then, I noticed that he was preparing the dough with his bare hands. From where I was standing, I had noticed two red soars on the back of his right hand, and to be very sure that he had sores on the back of hands, I walked up to him.Waited an hour and twenty minutes. Had to wait longer cause they burnt the brownies. By time we got home pizza were lukewarm. Grab two pieces. When I pulled them apart there was hair bake into the pizza and the other pizza had no sauce. Very disappointed. When calling said I had to bring the pizza back. Waste my gas just for them to remake a nasty hairy pizza. No thank you. At least the dogs had a good meals. I will never eat there again, Pizza Hut will now have my business. paid 41.14 for bad food and bad service. I will make sure family and friends know as well so they don't make the same mistake I did in choosing Domino's. P.s. No wonder we had hairy pizza. Employee with full beard and no...
Read moreI've just about had it with this store. They used to be great until about 6 months ago and now they are awful. They never pay attention to how the pies are supposed to be made. Well done pies are never cooked well done. Double pepperoni is always treated as one topping and never doubled. The pies are never cut through and fall apart while trying to separate. One time the guy forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza, then took 10 minutes to heat it separately and throw in on top off the pizza. What pepperoni didn't fall off was still stuck to the pizza cutter, which looks like it gets wiped off every 100 pies, so be careful of allergies. The pizzas from here also do not taste as fresh as every other location, where I never have problems. One other time, the clueless guy at the front asked for my name, looked at the takeout pies and said mine wasn't ready. 10 minutes later, he hands me my order...one that had been sitting there the whole 10 minutes he made me wait.
This store has awful management. I'm not sure what changed a few months ago, but I won't be going back to this location after my experience tonight. I put an order through at 1:20 AM on the app and they called to cancel. Apparently they closed over 40 minutes early. Why even have hours if you don't adhere to them? I rely on this Domino's for being open late and now they are literally good for nothing. This store makes Domino's look bad and someone from corporate should check in on them. I actually go out of my way to avoid Domino's now, because...
