I would highly recommend avoiding this place. My experience was absolutely horrible.

First, I accidentally left my phone in the bathroom upon arrival. Within 10 minutes, I realized it was missing and went back to check—only to find it was gone. Given that there were only three customers in the entire establishment, and none of them had entered the bathroom, I became suspicious.

Initially, one of the employees (who wasn’t even on duty) seemed helpful, but things quickly turned sketchy. After checking the security cameras ( it took them 45 minutes to show me the footage) and leaving the restaurant, We kept calling my phone, and eventually, someone answered—it was the same employee who had been acting helpful. She lied and claimed my phone was inside a menu. However, the menu was just one page, and I never took my phone out while sitting at the bar. Plus, the menu had already been on the counter before I even returned from the bathroom. It was obvious that the staff had my phone the entire time but probably realized they couldn’t do anything with it since I could track it using the Find My iPhone app.

Beyond the sketchy experience with my phone, the food was overpriced and disappointing. I ordered a steak, and it was overcooked. The happy hour prices were still way too expensive, and the alcoholic drinks tasted like juice with little to no alcohol.

The service was equally terrible. The waiter was rude, and there seemed to be a language barrier, which made communication frustrating. It would be helpful if staff members could speak and understand proper English to ensure better service.

Don’t go here !!!!!!!!!!!!! By far one of the worst places I have spent money at. The service was HORRIBLE, the food was HORRIBLE, the drinks HORRIBLE. The entire experience was HORRIBLE. I don’t even want to go into full detail because I’m soo disgusted. I was told I couldn’t wrap up the food I couldn’t finish because it was happy hour. The server who had a nasty attitude and couldn’t speak good English pointed at the menu which says dine-in only. I was clearly dinning in I ordered a Margarita flight and food. I couldn’t finish my food and wanted to take the rest . I was told oh well I shouldn’t have ordered all of that if I can’t eat it ( 4 mini Tacos). I said the sign doesn’t say you can’t take your leftovers it clearly stated dine in only which means you’re seated at the table or bar and not just ordering from the happy hour menu to go. The server who could hardly speak English said to me look you cant read good. My food I couldn’t finished was taken away from me and thrown out. I asked for the check because I was ready to go at this point. I asked for the 2 tacos that I didn’t touch which she threw out to be taken off my bill. She continue to say no you shouldn’t have ordered it. Finally she took it off after telling her she was wrong for charging me and she took my food and wouldn’t let me take it. I’ll preface this by saying you are better off going to Tacos El Poblano for better service and food. The only benefit of going to this place is the alcoholic drinks. I wish I could go ahead and rate this place zero stars but not possible. The waitress didn’t seem to care enough to check in on the table and made the wait time for our meal even longer by allowing the order be taken incorrectly as a delivery. The order was made with specific details and certain add ons but with the long wait, not having the meat cooked to the desire it was asked in and forgetting to bring the additional item to go with the meal it was just chalked up to poor service. The waitress took it upon herself to also conveniently add a gratuity charge at the top of the bill to secure her tip knowing the service she provide was horrid.
