This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Last week, I visited this location and purchased several items. One of these items was a small fountain drink. During the course of my stay, I got some sauce on the paper cup that the restaurant provides when a customer purchases a drink. I went to the cash register and asked if I could have a new, clean cup as I was planning on sticking around for a bit to get some work done in my laptop. The woman behind the register said that was ok and offered to throw the old cup away behind the counter. I told her it was ok and that I would throw it away in the trash can myself. As I was filling the new cup with soda, the manager on duty (Onefa) came to the counter and began shouting at me that I needed to pay for the drink. I explained to her that I had already paid for the drink and that the cashier said I could have a new, clean paper cup. The manager was insistent that I need to pay for the drink again since I was using a new cup. I tried again to explain to her that I had already paid for the drink and that, as a rule, I was entitled to a free refill. She continued to tell me that since I had a new cup I needed to pay again. To avoid any issues, I agreed to pay for the same drink twice even though I found this highly nonsensical and unreasonable, even bordering on theft. Since it was clear that this particular employee had very little common sense or reason, I asked for the name of the next level of management. The next day, I called and spoke with the store manager (Stephanie). She seemed uninterested for the most part but said that she would speak with her area manager (Paul) to see what they could do. Read moreFirst time in this KFC Good things and few suggestions. The staff really gentle and good workers. Great customer service. Suggestion: When I think about chicken from KFC I think on the hot and delicious chicken of the TV; and about the unique flavor of the chicken from KFC, the flavor is supposed to be different and unique.
However, the chicken didn’t have the unique flavor of KFC, it tasted like any other fried really fried chicken from any little fried store that sell lunches. First suggestion: THEY NEED TO FOCUS to go back to the UNIQUE FLAVOR of this good chicken; or I can find that chicken fried in any Dominican restauran like Caridad, Malecon, those FRIED CHICKEN and looks like have few hours FRIED.
Second: the FIRST impression when I saw the food was it have being cooked too much, and then lost the peculiar color and crispy of the KFC. Follow the recipes of the STORE to countinue receiving the customers that love the CRISPY, but not over cooked chicken.
Third: YOU NEED TO stop Cooking to have ready for some that arrive when you are seeing that you are not having enough customer, because what Will happened is that the fries will be OILY and fluffy; and there were too much chicken pieces cooked, and then whe I arrived to buy it there were and tasted like recooked food.
I wish that for my SECONS Try In this store the MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS HAVE BEING working hard to make changes an IMPROVE THEIR STRATEGIES and increase the volume of customers coming to TASTE THE DELICIOUS CHICKEN, fries, mash potatoes etc, that you will COOK, GUYS.
You can do it BETTER AND BETTER, you can IMPROVE your cook AND become the BEST KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN IN ALL YONKERS. Let’s do it. For my second time I will let my rewiew too, but I will give you TIME TO MAKE...
Read moreWe ordered thru UberEats for delivery and got the food delivered ( delivery timing was off but that’s a traffic issue). We got all the food ordered with a list of items ordered attached to the bags ( they stated on bags the number of bags) but what was not included was the drinks ( we ordered 2 drinks ( which came with the 2 combo meals ) but were not delivered with the food. I get the impression that the drinks were either not poured out yet or not placed correctly with the order for pickup because of the list on the bags only stating that the order was in 2 bags. So unless the driver reads the label in detail they would not see that drinks came with the order as the drinks were not highlighted. I only noticed that the drinks were even listed as being part of the order after going through both bags which only contained the food. This could be a glitch or deliberate mistake but if drinks are included in any order and they are going to be bagged separately then the order list should state/include drinks bagged separately notation. It was a good thing, my son was not aggravated by not getting his drinks because I would have given a lower star rating for not getting the entire order. The food was excellent—biscuits, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, French fries, the chicken sandwich which comes with cheese and pickles and a dash of mayo, the chicken wraps and the bucket of chicken pieces.Please fix this glitch in coordinating the delivery orders to include every item ordered including the drinks when putting the items...
