Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I wake up every morning happy knowing my 1st stop is Dunkin Donuts. The staff is awesome. The location is always spotless. There is always parking. Which is a major plus. Since I'm a regular. The staff already knows what I want . So by time I get to the counter. My order is already bagged and ready to go. The new location manager is awesome. She has the store running on all Cylinders. They couldn't of found a better manager. I cant wait until tomorrow morning to wake up and go get my coffee and see the staff smiling faces. That's a great way to start...

Every time I place a mobile order instead of letting me know they are unable to make it how the order was placed they make whatever they want or nothing at all ! They aren’t busy when I go so they have plenty of time to tell me they are out of that item or drink and to ask me what would I like instead . Mobile order is supposed to make my trip...

Absolutely no tables. So I guess the message is: "We want your business but we don't want you to stay here". Of all the Dunkin Donuts I've been to (nationally) this is the only one I've seen without seating, oh well, I guess the owner of this franchise doesn't think the people of South West Yonkers has no need to sit...
