My boss ordered 2 croissants Bacon egg and cheese. I arrived to the store before they processed the order. I kindly informed the cashier and the store manager please 1 of the croissants No Bacon.
The employee was told by the store manager and the cashier No bacon on 1 CROISSANT.
The employee after 5 minutes of being informed by Two fellow employees no bacon on one.
Still manages to put bacon on both croissants. After getting the employees attention and kindly reminding him 1 croissant without bacon.
He secretly removes the bacon from 1 and tells me, ok I got it. At this point he MUST redo that order because the cheese in the croissant without bacon Has bacon all over it.
The store manager stood on the employees side and attack me verbally you should have ordered the food this way with no bacon.
I kindly left the sandwich on the counter and walked out still an unhappy customer do to a manager verbally attacking me and an employee that doesn’t understand direct orders and turns out to be incoherent.
The second croissant should have been redone. I’m out of breakfast because this location can’t seem to get it together.........

Read moreI wanted to get my usual Black coffe, medium. Couldn't find any parking spots. Then noticed that 2 cars parked there had people eating their breakfast sandwiches. There isnt enough parking to accommodate that kind of behavior. There was a car that pulled in behind me with the same problem but had a passenger that could leave the car. I went inside to let the Mgr know and to make my purchase. There was one customer being tended to and just as I was asked my order, someone from the parking lot came to get my attention to move my car. I gave my DD perks card and my bank debit card to cover the balance of my order, when the associate told me that I "should not have blocked other people's cars and in the future.", I took my cards and said I'll go elsewhere. I wasn't given the opportunity to explain that I had waited and was ignored. So the ony time you'll see me there again will be when it becomes a drive thru! One time they gave me a cup with a split in it and gaslit me into thinking it didn't when I went back to complain, just to get me to leave again, only for the split to open up bigger and spill all over me.
