Walked in for the first time as it is near my home, seemed nice at first. Asked if the bagels were fresh made, the guy working the register (also on his phone when I walked in) told me, “yes.”
I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese, and to add a BLT amount of bacon (8 strips). It took him and the cook in the back like 5 minutes of arguing back and forth about the price, and then he tells me $10! For just a breakfast sandwich!
The sandwich was dry, lacking flavor, had like one egg and the bacon was like saw dust. The actual bagel was not fresh, it was one of those bagels from the bag of bagels you buy from the grocery store: processed and fake tasting.
I just got home and there was not the portion I paid for and the sandwich was really bad.

I walked almost quarter a mile to this place based on the reviews and ordered an Eggplant sandwich. However after bringing my sandwich back to the office and starting to have it, I realized that the eggplant only had the skin and nothing else. Went back with pictures he said he will make a new sandwich and charged me for it with a "discount". I asked why should I be charged and he said "had I brought the sandwich back, he would haven't charged me. Agreed, I should have but having the sandwich already taken a bite, it would have been a little disgusting to bring it with me and instead I took the pictures and showed it to him to no point.

My offices order hundreds of dollars worth of food from this place on a weekly basis. We placed our last order via Uber eats and my sandwich was missing. The guy on the phone then asks the cook if he made the sandwich. The cook says yes. Of course he’s going to say yes when his boss asks him if he did his job!
