Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clanton

I have been coming to this location for years. Over the past several months the quality and the service has decreased significantly. This location often messes up orders, leaving off the sauce, forgetting an ingredient, little things. Everyone makes mistakes, and I have forgiven them many times, but what happened tonight was inexcusable. Not only did they forget to put sauce on one of the Pizzas I ordered, but they made me bring it back. Then they gave me a second Pizza with the alfredo sauce on top of the cheese and all the ingredients. When I arrived at home I called them and the manager believed it was a good idea to yell over me when I was trying to explain what was wrong just to tell me they are not going to refund the order or remake another pizza.. I called the manager of another store to confirm that the pizza was made incorrectly, and called back. The manager then argued with my girlfriend and told her they are not going to refund or remake any pizzas for her going forward. At this point, I am never going to patronize this location again and firmly believe the manager and assistant manager of this store need to be let go. No amount of training or coaching is going to fix the attitude or disrespect that these two had tonight. These children should not be running this location unless the owner is attempting to run this location...

I literally just left this Dominos location and had to come home and write a review. I had an issue with my food the previous night which due to the amazing customer service I recieved I won't even go into details about the incident. However, I have to shout out the assistant manager Madison. She was an angel. Not only did she apologize for the inconvience that I had, she went to the lengths of replacing my entire order. I can't tell you how many businesses refuse to take accountability when it comes to customers and their hard earned money. Madison listened with empathy and provided a solution without hesitation. Time was taken to make my reorder and I was extremely satisfied. I also want to recognize Steve who was super friendly and caring when handling my food. He brought the order to my car with a smile. I placed an order two weeks ago the order was two chicken Alfredo with a parm bite and a cheesy tots and there was a hair a curly black hair in the Alfredo so I called and the person I spoke to said he was a manager and said he was sorry and would redo the whole order the next time I called and now I called and they said they can see I have placed 9 orders but not what I ordered and acted as if I made it up and said they could replace one thing....Well I don't care about the replacement I just want this restaurant to find out who I spoke too that I told I did not want a remake and he insisted on making the whole order over next time I called.I don't like being made out to be a liar and I would like to know who I spoke too two weeks ago and I don't want anything free but thanks for...
