During our recent visit to Milo's Hamburgers in Clanton Alabama, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and delicious fare. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable.

MILOS, redefining fast food to uh really slow food. Don’t stop here unless you have plenty of time and don’t really care if they get the order right.

How long does it take to cook a hamburger combo and chicken nuggets???? I can definitively answer that : 21 MINUTES! The ticket had 12:23 “order placed”. After an eternity of screaming kids and teenage girls with fuzzy slippers (now likely fuzzy and greasy) we walked out with our to go order at 12:44. Horrible service and slow, slow kitchen.

I’ll mention that after we finally got on the road we found they also got our order wrong. No sauce, no fries, the onions on the burger were big crunchy chunks and the chicken nuggets were soggy.

On the bright side the building appears new and bathroom was clean and acceptable.

I’ve been a long time customer of MILOS and I will not be stopping again at this store.

Went there tonight to pick up dinner. I had not tried it since it opened. This was the worst service and food I had had in quite some time. Drove from Jemison to Clanton, ordered got to the pick up window. Saw my food bagged up for a while but no one brought it to the window. I noticed workers looking confused and opening all the burgers. Waited quite a while for my food. Drove home. The order was wrong. I mean way wrong. Not the forgot to take off an item. I mean ordered a cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich. Chicken was disgusting. Hardly any sauce and no onions on the milo burger. Won't be back until they get a new manager or someone that can do quality control and teach them the difference...
