Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Claremont

If i could give no stars i would i ordered pizza here plenty of times i never had a problem mind you my mom had an altercation with a guy that said he was the manager and refused to give his name and cussed her out on the phone she then told him she would drive down there to get his name he then told her he would call the cops saying she's going to do a drive by mind you my mother no where hood to do so this was many months ago which i never knew of so i decided i wanted dominoes 10-13-17 i ordered online it said it would take 25 to 30 mins it came a hour late which i didnt mind the pizza was cold that it didnt pull apart so i called them and asked for the manager he then said he was whoever this guy was at the claremont dominoes i ask him when was my pizza done becuz its a hour late and its cold he said so basically your calling for a free pizza and i said what do you mean basically i never not once asked for my money back nor free pizza i called asking when was it done he then said i was arguing with him which i told him not once did i argue with you that if he is the manager why is he talking like that to a customer so he doesnt have time and hes going to give me the pizza free since thats what you want and hangs up i call back ask him for his name because i feel he should have never talked like that if he was a manager what kinda place is this i feel like im in highschool talking to a child he never once said sorry or nothing he just assumed i wanted free pizza. Im beyond frustrated with this place then he says i dont need to give you my name...

This Domino's is great! For starters, as of July of 2017 they did a huge remodel so the inside is extremely nice now and has way more room to sit while waiting or sit and eat when your food is ready. Additionally their hours are bar none the best. Claremont as a city is completely dead by 10pm but these folks stay open way later. Additionally this branch is incredibly fast, has never messed up an order (i've put in my fair share with friends) and is very affordable. Some people give less than 5 stars and go on diatribes about quality, look, you're buying dominos. This isn't exactly designer pizza. But for only $5.99 for a medium two topping, the value is real and I always love the pizza, that's coming from a dude who's eaten a ton of pizza all over.

If i could give a negative review I would. I am disappointed that my online order was never delivered. I called the store and ensure that it would be delivered. Upon my call I was told my order had just left the store and that I would receive it later than the guaranteed 25 minutes. To this I understood that it was out of the control to deliver exactly on time, however, two hours later and I have not gotten any notification or even my pizzas. I am upset that I was told they were coming and they never came. I would have understood if I was told that they could not make my order and that unfortunately it was too late, however, they took my money and never gave me what they promised. What kind of corporation does this? What awful name brand to deceive and perpetuate ideas...
