Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life, I asked the person taking my order 3 separate times about the screen displaying the incorrect item and was assured that I would receive the correct item. I unfortunately did not receive the correct item and had to go back into the store to have it replaced after originally going through the drive-through. I was largely ignored by staff when I went into the store, and after an employee finally got to me, I told them I received the wrong item. The employee walked back to another employee manning the fryer and informed him of the mistake. After waiting a few minutes, the manager on shift approached me about my order and inquired after the status of the replacement item, with the employee manning the fryer. The employee at the fryer had, at this point, minutes later, still not started to replace the item. After waiting about 5 minutes to have the item replaced, it became obvious to me that the staff had no intention of replacing the item in any prompt manner. At that point, I took the incorrect item I had been originally given and left. I unfortunately didn't have time to wait for the item to be fried; after waiting so long. The staff seemed to not want to help me. All this after stating to another customer that they had had so few customers today that they hadn't given any cash from the drawer in the front of the store as change. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, and I will be advising people to stay away...
Read moreSheila the manager at the Claremore Wendy’s location. I had made a pick up order at 13:07 and I did not leave the store until 13:37, I had to instruct her several times that the order was incorrect, she said she was waiting on nuggets, (sheila has not completed anything at this point.) (not even opened the bags) Nuggets were just brought up, sheila stated the drive thru gets theirs Nuggets first, if that’s the case I’d be there for days waiting on nuggets. Sheila “completed the order” and it was wrong after each completion 3-4 times to be exact. Sheila still forgot the toys. I asked about the drinks. Sheila then stated they were out of juice, and I had clearly ordered chocolate milk and one Juice and one fountain drink. ( she was not going to provide drinks) Sheila deliberately, maliciously delayed my order, allowing other orders to be completed and picked up, or picked up and ate and left before ours was completed. This is not a manager! The staff apologized several times for her behavior. This is a small town and this location has only been open since May, this is not ok and the business will not survive with management like her, for the record I was not mean or disrespectful to her. Plenty of customers and staff can...
Read moreIn the hush of the night, when the stars held their breath, And the streets whispered secrets in silence and depth, We sought not treasure, nor fortune, nor fame— Just fries, and a Frosty, and a Baconator’s flame.
Then came the glow—red and gold in the dark, A Wendy’s lit like a lighthouse, igniting a spark. But this was no fast-food, humdrum affair, No soulless exchange in fluorescent despair.
Dalton stood smiling, a wizard of charm, Taking our order with laughter and calm. Meagan, behind him, a sorceress of speed, Made burgers and joy with astonishing ease.
And Julie, the queen of that shimmering den, Slid Frostys like potions across the glass then— With a wink and a nod, as if she well knew, That she served not just food, but a memory too.
They laughed with us loud in the late midnight hour, Turning drive-thru to dreamscape with fast-food power. For a moment, the world slowed down in delight, In that glowing red chariot lit up at night.
Oh Dalton, sweet Meagan, and Julie the bold, You gave us a story, a legend retold— Of magic and hunger and kindness well-spun, In the kingdom of Wendy’s, long...
