Horrible service for doordash. I get text that the order is ready but they dobt bring it to me for 15-20 minutes after I arrived. Most of the night employees except a few have bad attitudes and just show they hate their jobs and have no respect for your time. I would really like to talk to whoever is in charge. Unfortunately Im updating the review and nothing has changed. The customer service is terrible. I ordered a bean and rice burrito. I get there they tell me they are out of rice and the only substitution they will give me is more beans. I told them I didn't want just a double bean burrito, so finally I said could I just pay and add potatoes. So I ended paying an extra 1.20 to add potatoes. I also doordash so even though I dont get food much there I still have to deal with and see the terrible customer service. Today I watched them tell a person they dont have the medium cups they give the slushy in so they cant make them. Instead of substituting a large cup or maybe 2 smalls something, just flat out say they cant do it because they ran out of that size. Its not like you're really giving out that much more to give someone a little extra. Instead of basically just being coming off cheap and rubbing people the wrong way. I dont know if its bad ownership, bad management, or both. I worked in the guest/customer service industry for nearly 20 years and the way this taco bell is ran is everything I was taught was wrong. I was always taught that 1 bad experience is worth 20 good ones. Upgrading someone and giving them something that might cost you 20-40 cents extra here and there to keep people happy would go along way. Ive watched your store down grade people order no issue. giving them a regular taco because they are out of doritos locos tacos, or whatever. On top of that the employees also dont have a very customer friendly attitude when dealing with customers. You have a few that are pretty good but several are not. Read moreWhen we walked in we were the only car in the parking lot. The staff in the kitchen was loud and seemed to be shouting at each other. We placed our order and sat down. Two more couples came in after. After probably ten minutes our order was called. At the table we divided it and two chalupas were missing. The girl at the counter seemed inconvenienced by me approaching and interrupting her sweeping. I told her about the missing chalupas. They worked to get them to me and instead of nacho cheese it had sour cream. Once again I annoyed the counter girl. This time asking for a refund as the rest of my family had finished their food. Once I got my refund I went and sat down to eat my soft taco. The tortilla was hard and the meat so cold that the cheese wasn’t melted even where it touched the meat. While we were cleaning up the table we very loudly heard “what was the deal with the refund?” And a reply of “it wasn’t made right or something” at which point I stood up and let them know that one I was still in the restaurant and two all of the customers in the lobby could hear them. The person who may have been the manager (only one in a collared shirt but none of them had name tags) half heartedly apologized for the incorrect food and the cold food. The other two couples in the restaurant also sent their food back. One couple requested the contact information because none of us were offered receipts. Read moreAlright, not to overkill a compliment, but the district manager and up needs to hear this. The Taco Bell staff on nights today did amazing on my order honestly I am scared to order fast food late usually I don’t even if I’m hungry, that goes for anywhere, but everything was fresh and polite staff I got one persons name Christian, that guy knows how to talk to customers. And there was a female employee I talked to a little as well who was very polite and wasn’t upset or annoyed when I asked them to help me figure out the app, because I needed to order that way. But I took a while because I was multitasking that and trying to make sure I got my order from my friends correctly. You can imagine how I’m a mess at this point, not making it an easy process for them, especially late at night and they are trying to just finish their shift and they still helped me get the order right, and through the app and my friend got what he wanted correctly. I just appreciate the customer service and support they provided. And people go unnoticed when they are valuable employees sometimes. Keep them motivated to be good wherever they go to work in the future by appreciating them for their efforts to make your store look good , and doing so by just being genuine people and workers .
