I feel like I got an argue every time with the manager, or whoever is at the service window. I don’t usually pay with coupons, but was offered some by a coworker and the time I use them, I come to this place I tell the lady that I’m using a coupon and she’s like OK OK then I come to the drive-through with the coupon and she’s like oh you have a coupon gives me a hard time and complains the whole time then gives me a speech telling her that I need to give her the numbers when she didn’t ask for them. I don’t understand what’s so hard about communication I get that maybe this lady is from a different country but if you’re going to work in customer service, at least be respectful and this lady thinks she knows everything.Horrible experience and never had bad experience in burger...
Read moreI went through the drive through yesterday and as I was trying to place my order the manager that was taking my order was extremely rude and impatient. I couldn’t believe how I was being spoken to. As I approached the window to speak with him and tell him how much I didn’t appreciate the rudeness and asked him to please cancel my order he then told me to have a good day and flipped me off. I honestly couldn’t believe I was treated this way at this location. I will never visit them again. I really hope they get rid of there management here because I was in total shock today! The first person didn’t speak English enough to understand our order which wasn’t a huge deal but the second person got on the microphone as if we were bothering her. She proceeded to tell us they didn’t know what we were talking about then told us we were being rude after we explained multiple times that it’s listed on the digital menu we were looking at… it’s $17.49 for the 4 Monster menu.
