Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clark

Im giving two stars because the overnight employees are amazing!!! otherwise id give none Now, for the day employees---when you order dunkin pick up you would think its hard to mess up a customers order- as it says it directly on the print out- well if you order a coffee with a flavored swirl be sure to know you are getting the flavored shot- big difference in dieting and taste--then they get mad when you ask them to remedy it and say "oh i didnt know you wanted"...then the hot chocolate machine---they never have the correct formula it just taste watered down---it took me two years to finally write a review because i kept giving them chances faith and really there no other dunkin on my way to work so they got me- but now i drive a little further to cranford or drive thru one thats open now--- avoid this dunkin unless you want plain black coffee or a plain tea-they only care about rushing and getting your money not about the quality...

The Coffee is as expected however the Customer service could be better. I ordered "On the Go" through the Dunkin app, when I went in to get it I tried to get the attention of the person making my coffee as well as another server closer to me. The one closest definitely heard me but ignored me. Finally after the 5th "excuse me" directed at her she responded. At first I thought there was a language barrier because she looked confused with my question and responded in broken English, but when the man making my coffee got near and I repeated my question she responded for him in perfect english. I have NO issue repeating myself or speaking slower to accommodate anyone learning English, I DO have an issue with being ignored. Extremely unprofessional and poor...

TERRIBLE customer service. Especially employee Napoleon. He made a big deal about me ordering an extra bagel with cream cheese. Giving me attitude & verbal retaliation just because I ordered one extra and he didn’t want to make it. Acting like it isn’t his job to serve the customers. Keep in mind. there was only one person behind me in line, & two employees behind the counter. On top of that the girl behind me in line knew the guy making my food. He was literally just trying to rush me out & have me not order food just to talk to her. 0/10 would recommend coming here unless you want to get into it with rude workers. Thanks Napoleon...
