I Went to the WENDYS Drive Thre at the Clark, NJ Location on Central Avenue at 3:44pm on Monday 12/5/16 and ordered 2 of the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches for .99 apiece and two of the Value fries for .99 apiece....When I wanted to hand the Middle Aged Asian Indian Employee named Sari she rudely told me it was $6.95 when the Meal normally costs $4.24
She again rudely told me I had ordered 2 small fries instead of the 2 Value fries which I always normally order. She then gave me part of my $ money back which I thought was a form of apology and then handed me my bag which only had one 1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich and 1 Value Fry which I had NOT ORDERED
By then I was disgusted with her Conduct, Incompetence, and Rudeness and then requested to speak with the Manager...Guess What Happened Next...The Late 20ish Hispanic Manager who REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME told me to get the F**K out of his face and refused to hear me out because he said I was ABUSING HIS EMPLOYEE AND USED PROFANITY TOWARDS HER !!!!!!!
By then vI was extremely furious and demanded my $$$ back...He gave me the remainder back and I drove out of there and went across the Street to McDonalds where I ordered the d=same type of meal and got better Customer Service and the Correct Order....In fact the Nice Male African American Drive Thru Employee saw that I was shaken and asked if I was Ok.
I elated my story to him about what happened at WENDY'S and he shook his head in disbelief and mentioned the incident to his Supervisor and she told me to come over to McDonalds for better food and service
This whole Matter is a very poor reflection on Dave Thomas' fine restaraunt and makes his legacy look bad....Wendy's needs to screen their Employees Better and gives credence to Donald Trump's argument that we need to start having a Better Immigration Policy in the USA....
No wonder that he prefers...

I got to the counter, there were no customers waiting on line and for 8-10 mins the staff ignored me, never said hello and never asked how they could help me or say they were sorry for the long delay at a fast food restaurant. Quite an impressive first impression for a first time customer at this location, now a last-time customer. The order was finally received and no receipt was given - didn't ask for one as I didn't expect things would get worse. The condiments counter had two large ketchup dispensers and neither of them worked. Sat down to eat my son of bacon-ator combo and the meat patties were paper thin, processed looking cold-cuts. What happened to the square real meat patties. As I ate and looked out the window I saw the drive-in line back up so far that I thought I would have difficulty getting out of the parking lot. Read moreIf your drive thru order has more than 2 meals, missing items are inevitable. We've been patronizing this location 4+ times a month going on 7 years now. While the staff is friendly and we all enjoy the product. If it wasn't for the kids wanting to eat here. We would have stopped coming here long ago. Our order is wrong and missing items 75% of the time. I've given up checking my bag for the inevitable missing burger, French fry or chicken nuggets and just order an extra 1 of each in anticipation. I've also long since given up on asking for something to be added or taken off my burger cause I'm just asking to be disappointed. Try ordering a jr. bacon cheeseburger ADD ketchup ADD onions. 99.9% of the time this results in them removing the tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise from the burger and all I get is ketchup and onion. As part of tonight's order I was supposed to have 6 orders of nuggets and 6 assorted sauces. I received 5 orders of nuggets and no sauces. I'm done having to order extra food because of expected missing item's..... I'm breaking up with...
