So there's a lot of mixed reviews for this one, so your experience may vary. We came in as a party of five on Saturday night. The place was a little busy but we were fairly promptly seated. Service was slow but friendly (I would have to say they are probably people-light like everyone else is dealing with). Still friendly, which goes a long way with me. The menu is HUGE. You can see it on the site and of course in person, but there's a little bit of everything from everywhere -- Chinese to Mexican to Cajun Creole to Bar American. I think some of the reviews point to it needing to be a little more focused and I can't say I disagree. We got these little tempura pinwheels with cheese dip, which were strangely satisfying, as a "chip/dip" free appetite whet-er. You'll see what I mean. I didn't go seeking Tex-Mex, but it looked to be a safe bet from what I saw on the tables. I picked the Texas Rice, picture attached, as did another in my party. It was a little bland for me but still tasty and filling (more on that in a second). And the bland is readily addressed with some chili/chipotle powder as far as I'm concerned (I'll know at lunch tomorrow). I also had the guacamole/chips, which one or the other suffered from a lack of salt in my opinion but otherwise was well done. The avocado egg rolls were quite good, highly recommend. Serving size -- overkill. I appreciate getting more than I plan on but I couldn't eat half of what I was served. I got through my dinner portion and the rest is two lunches this week. For the main dishes at our table, everything was overly large. So we have sizable doggie bags. The doggie bags are not a complaint, but a restaurant needs to be profitable too and there's a lot going onto the table for not a huge price (if our service was typical). I would go here again, I would try these exact dishes again, and I'd be OK with trying a few other items based on my positive experience. Enjoy!

So, first time here. Glad I found it! The menu is extensive and everyone should be able to find something to their liking. Prices are a little higher than the portions call for, but not a deal breaker. I had the California Cheese Steak with a side of asparagus instead of fries (if you've seen my other reviews you know I am Type 1 diabetic, and the bun was my limit for carbs). Happy they will substitute. The steak was good and flavorful, but I had a big chunk of gristle that, in light of the small portion of meat, made it more of a onion and pepper sandwich with a bit of meat (in my photo I gave added the queso and serrano pepper salsa). The French roll was fresh and toasted. The asparagus was fresh and not overcooked (it could have used another minute in the pan, but not off-putting). They bring out some Mexican style crisps (the kind you would buy as a snack in Mexico - their version of a chip) with queso (liquid cheese), and I wanted something spicy to go with it (I also wanted it for my sandwich). The waitress offered Texas Pete (a Southern staple, I realize) and I had heard the cooks in the kitchen speaking Spanish) so I asked for something hotter, something the cooks would eat, and she asked and they had made a homemade serrano pepper salsa, which was much better! Mixed the cheese and salsa and it was perfect! The restaurant itself is very large and, as I mentioned, the menu has a large variety of cultural offerings - from Mexico to Italy to Louisiana, something for everyone. Booths and tables are comfortable and the place is clean. Staff is friendly, and our waitress, was helpful and new the menu (see in pics). I have every reason to try again and it looked like other plates I saw being delivered had nice portions (again the amount is meat on the sandwich was lacking). Do I recommend this place? Absolutely, as I'll be going back with my wife to see how consistent they are.

This place has a menu that covers every type of cuisine your family might eat. American, Italian, Asian, Mexican, and Steakhouse are all included. We ordered the Cheese and Chips from the appetizers menu. It came out quickly. The six of us dug in and had cheese leftover. We asked for more chips and were told we would have to order another appetizer. That made no sense since we still had cheese. Why would we want even more cheese? Food took a while to arrive. After all of the hype in the menu, we expected something that we did not receive. No one finished their plate as it was all rather bland. Combinations of flavors that should not be put together. Food textures that disrupted the enjoyment of the meal. Overall, we were not impressed. The best part of the meal was the chips and cheese, but there were not enough chips. Overall this location is fine if you plan to have a basic burger or salad.

Went for a relatives birthday. There were several of us and we had a table in the back room. Server was friendly, but we hardly ever saw her. She came around once in the three hours we were there to refill drinks. She didn't check in at all once the food was finally delivered. We waited nearly 45 minutes to get our food.

I'm pregnant and wanted fish and chips. The menu doesn't state the fish is tilapia. The portions were fine, but the fish was immediately sent back as it has an odd odor and tasted musty. The fish was bad and they said they would put in an order for me for something else. I ordered the Chicken Belagio. I had to wait another 45 minutes for my meal, which I ended up having to get to go because everyone else was finished with their food and ready to leave.

We had to have a member of our party walk to the bar to get someone to deliver the checks and then it took quite a while to get boxes and the checks delivered.

My meal didn't come out at all. We had to go find the server and have her run to the back to grab it so we could leave. Then, when I finally sat down to eat me meal ,the pasta was very undercooked. The chicken was rubbery and dry. The white sauce was bland and separating and the basil pesto was mainly oil and, finally, the prociutto was GRAY. I couldn't eat it and ended up getting sick.

I will not be going back as the service was poor, the food was not good, and the overall experience was disappointing. I think the management should probably address the issues with the service and kitchen staff. The restaurant concept is, in theory, a good one. I hope they can get their...
