Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Clarksburg

Waited in drive thru forever, was 2 vehicles in front of me, waited behind them for close to 30 minutes. Boy taking the orders was telling everybody he would be with them shortly, and 10 minutes later he would take the order. I thought maybe the poor boy was working by himself, because there was only 1 car in the whole parking lot (front and back) as me and my son sit there, we noticed another car pull in the parking lot, jokingly I told my son hopefully it’s somebody that works there, go and behold it was, not just an employee but the manager on duty!!! This was at 8:30 at night, so you know she wasn’t just getting to work that late when they close at 9:30. I’m not sure where she went, but that’s ridiculous that she even left. Anyway, when I finally arrived at the window to get my food (which was a $50 dollar family meal) the boy at the window asked me what sauces I wanted, so I told him, tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. So when I get home and unpackaged my food, there was no tartar or cocktail sauce, but instead 5 malt vinegar that I did not want. I’m done with them!!! I own a small restaurant and I know it’s hard to find good help but this is getting old with them. There has been several times I have tried to call to place an order, and not 1 time have they ever answered the phone. Tried to order on line but they don’t take cash, which is all I use. By the way the food was terrible!!! All the food was very greasy and you could tell the fryer oil was old and needed...

Place is a hot mess starting from the 2nd you pull on the lot, the grass/weeds are 6 inches high. The lot itself is a broken up mess as you work your way around the lot you can see the windows are filthy. Once in the drive-thru upon placing my order an pulling around to the window the gentleman didn’t greet me he just stuck his arm out repeating to me my total. My order was supposed to consist of three medium drinks of coconut shrimp meal a 15 piece battered shrimp & the chicken tender meal (well there version of it) An additional order fry an order of hush puppies and a large coleslaw. The gentleman who handed me one small bag thanked me and told me to have a nice day I looked at him and I said there’s no way this is all my food and I asked where are my three drinks while I went to look inside the bag? He asked me what my drinks were supposed to be I went ahead and told him then started to check the bag I had both orders of shrimp & the chicken tenders w/ it’s order of fries. I was missing the hush puppies and order of fries a small coleslaw a large coleslaw. it didn’t take the gentleman very long to gather the other half of my items to complete my order. This is my first time leaving a review based on my experience this is the second time in the 13 months that I’ve visited this location both times missing items and having pretty poor service. I came to get a 3 piece meal my companion waited for my meal so before eating I went to the restroom to wash my hands. I honestly felt like I needed to wash my hands after I left to the restroom it was so filthy! Used toilet paper all over the floor, sink area nasty 🤢 I ask for the manager so I could let them know a lady with the name tag saying Shirley came over she was acting like I was bothering her and I let her know how the bathroom was and she just walked off. I left without my food because I couldn't imagine how nasty it is in the back where they're preparing the food if she didn't even care about the bathroom. And I am older so I didn't have the energy to argue about trying to get my money back because I could tell it was not have went well they were not friendly at all. I recommend everybody steer clear...
