Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Clarkston

I have been goin into this papa Murphys in clarkston for almost 3 years and today I went it to place an order to pick up in about an hour and the Assistant Manager( so he told me) was incredibly rude! Called me a liar , told me he should not even be waiting on me because of the way I talked to him.. all I asked was if they could give me 2 baking trays on each pizza and cut one in half, he told me they can't do that, I said they had done that for me in the past because my oven is so small that's when the liar came into play... I lost my cool, he was in no way wanting to listen, started mumbling under his breath Yada Yada yada..I heard him say "I should not even be waiting on you the way your talking to me" I live the papa Murphys here in Clarkston I have been a customer for several years now and never have I had a bad experience in anyway .. this young Man told me when I asked to talk to the manager he said" well I am the Assistant manager here so good luck with that" I have worked customer service for 25 years prior to breaking my back and becoming disabled, If I had spoke to a customer like he spoke to and treated me today I would have been In So much trouble and begging for my job, I did not think asking like I had done before to cut a tray for me would have been such a big deal but apparently it was... to the owner the establishment, I feel bad for you.. he is goin to ruin your business with his attitude and poor customer service skills, maybe a refresh on customer service skills and help with an attitude adjustment will save your business, you have spent far to much money worked your behind off for a very long time to let one employee that's has worked for you for 5 years ruine...

Today we ordered a Canadian bacon mushroom half black olive an half pineapple pan pizza. We have lived here for 2 1/2 years an for the first time in 21/2 years our pizza was amazing it was delious lots of toppings . its also the first time I've seen all girls working. An those girls working tonight November 21st 2021 thank you thank you for doing such a great job. I hope to see the girls working more often they by far do there job with more thought then the boys do.. The boys do an alright job. Just the girls make the pizzas way better. Thank you again for the perfect an most delicious pizza ever.. Sincerely Heather...

Stopped in to the Clarkston store last night. I ordered a family size thin crust pizza and the girl said they were out of family sized thin crust.One of the guys working said I think we have one in the back and came back a couple minutes later with one. Obviously he went back and rolled a large crust into a family size.I didn't realize it until I got home but didn't want to drive back and go through all of that and cooked it anyway. It's just not the same, it doesn't cook right. Would have been better to let me buy two large thin crust which I was planning to after she told me they were out. I'll know...
