My family and I came to this location last summer and it was terrible. This Christmas my wife and I received a 50 dollar gift card to Applebees and decided to give it a try again today.
When we walked through the door no one greeted us until the hostess came up. I understand if it's busy but this was at 2pm on a Saturday with only about a quarter of the restaurant full, so they were not "busy." We got sat, waited about 4-5 minutes for our server to come up only to say her name and ask if we were ready, no offer of appetizers or other conversation other then our drink order. Which our drink orders, 3 kids drinks, 1 soda and 1 flavored tea, took about 5-8 minutes to get to the table.
At this point we have been in the restaurant for approximately 15 minutes and are just receiving our drinks. We order our meals, then wait.... and wait... and wait..
Finally after about 40 minutes(remember its not busy) we receive our food. It was abhorrent, I ordered the Brunch Burger(medium rare), only to be met with a burger well done, missing bacon, drowning in salt and a bun that looked like it belong on the kids meal burger. I ordered onion rings instead of the fries for a 1.99 upcharge, I got 4. FOUR FREAKING BLAND ONION RINGS FOR A 1.99 UPCHARGE.
My wife got the Chicken Fajita Roll Up with fries and a french onion soup, the only thing they jacked up for her was the French Onion soup, it tasted like Worcestershire sauce and onions, loaded with so much cheese we were wondering if she got a cheese soup by accident, and the cheese was barely warmed up(microwave must be broken). The kids food was mediocre at best. While eating were lucky to catch our server to ask for spoons because our kids ordered yogurt with strawberries and where about to eat it with forks. The next time we saw our server she dropped off the check, no mention of desserts or anything else, we ask for boxes, which seemed to inconvenience her.
She retrieved them and then when she returned a few minutes later looking for the check was also asked for a to go ramekin, which seemed to annoy her. We squared away our check, went to head out and passed our server while leaving I said have a good day and there was no interaction at all, no "Goodbye," "Have a good day" or anything. There is a 100% chance my family will never go to this location again.
TLDR; Service is lackadaisical and seems inconvenienced by guests presence. Food has either no flavor or salted like hell, good chance you'll be missing ingredients. It's also obvious the management is not in touch with this restaurant from the front of house to...

We ordered the double crunch shrimp and chicken penne for ourselves with a buffalo boneless chicken for our appetizer. His burger came out and began cutting into it. We looked and it was rare inside. We tried to find our waitress and even tried to gain attention of a near by waitress with no luck. Finally my wife got the attention of the hostess. We told her the burger was rare and that it needed to be cook longer. The hostess began to take his burger back to be fixed and told us that she will be speaking to the manager. At that time our waitress came and took the burger. Manager never came back to follow up on us. Our appetizer came and it was mediocre at best. Then our food came out. My wife couldn't even eat it since it was too hard. My chicken penne was ok, nothing spectacular and I was hungry. We barely saw our waitress and it's not like it was packed in our section. Mainly us and a group of 4 people tucked away in the corner at the end of the restaurant. My wife could eat the shrimp. She had maybe 2 of them and just ate some of the fries. I then placed the her plate on another table. When our bill came there wasn't a deduction for his burger since it was improperly cooked as well as her not being able to eat her shrimp. We asked the waitress that we aren't going to pay for something that was improperly cooked and unable to eat. She adjusted the bill and it was done. The excuse is that we just got a new cook. This is the same excuse over and over. We have been at this restaurant a few times to try and enjoy a meal. However each and every time we come there are issues, because of the "cook". If this is such an issue about the cook, than the cooks back there need to educated in proper ways of cooking. Also when the burger came out, it was the same burger. The order is to be ready for pick up @9:36pm per the employee who took the order. I arrived a few minutes early. Took a seat and waited and waited. It's 15 minutes past the quoted pick up time. I proceed to drive homem. All looked well then. I resched in the carryout bag to give my friend her order of wings and from there everything with the order went straight to... The dip was upside down, on every item in the bag. I returned to Applebee's to have to order corrected. The correction provided felt half-hearted. Wanting to just get it over with and leave. I said thanks and walked toward the exit when my chimes. It's a text from my friend. Her wings have no Buffalo as in sauce. The Blonde Brownie was no where. I'm irritated at this point return to the bar and requested the MOD. A spoke with a young woman named Lacey. I explained to what all happened, spillage, no Buffalo sauce etc. This young wonan says politely I'll take care of all that happened. She refunded the bill amount and then personally went to the kitchen to have our order remade fresh. She returned with the corrected order, apologized for the error. I've been doing cust service in some form over 30 yrs. I know good, bad qnd indifferent service on-site. I want to commend Lacey for the excellent cust service she provided. It went so far past my expectations. Im writing thia review at 2:21a. Lacey thank you for turning around a situation that was horrible service into a regular customer until I no longer live in the area.
