What can I say about pop Shelf first and foremost the staff is so sweet and kind they greet EVERY ONE when they come in the door and even ask if you need help with anything while you are shopping they're not hovering they're just being attentive to your needs.

It was a big treat for me I went into the store with kind of an expectation that this was just going to be like another Five Below store however I was pleasantly surprised that it was not.

When I tell you the store was impeccably clean!! I mean wowwwyy zowwwwy!!! Neat in order and fashionably up to date!!

And to be honest with you I spent more money than what I intended just because how the store is aesthetically set up- they have a section for outdoor they have sections for garden household food feminine hygiene male hygiene ..toys, cleaning supplies and more!!

They have everything for anyone's budget!!

I even was engaged in a conversation with a staff member I told her the store reminded me of a cross between a Dollar Tree / a Walmart and a Dollar General and when I said that she said was actually the idea came from one of the Dollar General creators I said wow I am very very impressed!!

Also the team member also took the time to explain to me the different tags in the store so for example;

if you see a tag that has a SKU and a price that is going to be a regular item that will forever be in the store however if you see an item that has a purple tag and a price number on it that means that is a seasonal item and it will be fluctuating in the store but will be replaced with someone something similar to that item .

Ooh did I also mention the store carries a lot of name brand items

The store has items from $1 up to $25 this store is reasonably priced for the quality and the quantity of items you can purchase.

Upon checking out..I was waiting thinking someone would check me out however no! no!no!

This store is completely self checkout it's very easy to check out and you can also sign up for their rewards boxes you'll have to go into the store to see about signing up for those😉

Another added bonus is that the bags are not plastic bags they are a nice craft bag that could reuse for something else.

I cant say enough on how the shelves are beautifully front faced!! I love it!!

So many nice things at amazing prices.The store was nice and organized. I do not think I have ever seen a store as neat and tidy as top-shelf was. The store was also very clean. They had a wide variety of items. For being as small as it was it had a great selection of items. There was something for everybody.(Health and beauty, kitchen items, arts and crafts, school supplies, toys, pet supplies, groceries as well as cold and frozen items). The people working in the store was amazing and so very helpful. When we were finished there was no waiting in line. The self check out was really easy and fast to use. The bags were not the cheap flimsy plastic bags but thick paper with handles. When we checked out at the self check out, the employees helped us since we were not use to their system. The Clarksville, TN store on Wilma Rudolph advised me that I would have this Bytech Laptop Desk Tray today 4/29/2025, but they tried to give me a higher one that was $12.00, Fine Life Foldable Laptop Table with Cup Holder and they wanted me to pay for it after inconveniencing me 4 times. The Bytech still currently states that they have 6 in stock, and they DO NOT HAVE ANY IN STOCK. I am still dissatisfied after coming to the store, calling and employees yelling and hollering at me, and still not a resolution. If you would like to be lied to, hollered at, and disheveled, then this is the store and location that you should visit. If not, please visit another store that would be happy to have...
