Captain D's — Restaurant in Clarksville

I'm having my surgery tomorrow. Today is the last day for months I can eat crunchy food. I absolutely love fish and seafood. So Captain D's it is. Half of the menu is gone, storm destroyed I guess? Should have taken a picture. Ask if they had a captain D's sampler?The lady says we don't have that. Ask of they had a little fish sandwich the lady said I've never heard of that?? Ordered the meal I normally order. The lady said "drive to the window Extremely RUDE!!!!! I was in the pickup window over 8 minutes before she opened the window. While ordering I attempted to tell her I get a military discount she did not pay attention and slammed the window when I told her about the discount. I ordered the Deluxe Seafood Platter, baked potato with butter and sour cream, green beans and extra cracklin. The potato is an upcharge of 69 cents.. The woman said "we don't have butter" and they did not even give me the sour cream I paid extra for. Imagine how upset, angry I am when I open the container and find this excuse for a waste of $9.26? We stopped by today for dinner for our daughter, no tartar sauce because of a citrus fruit intolerance. We waited on upwards of 10 minutes, and they were out of a lot of food, including hush puppies, broccoli, and bread (not the fish sandwich bread). So, my husband ordered the fries and the giant fish sandwich, that we've seen advertisements about on the Internet. Got home w/ the food & the sandwich was dripping in tartar sauce with two long fish sticks. Called numerous times and when someone answered, he told her the issue and then the call was somehow disconnected in his ear. He called back & someone would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. So, we got into the car and drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant. My husband explained what happened and he was given a new sandwich after a while. I really like Captain D's fish but it is not as good as Long John Silver's

I went recently(4/23/21 to get a meal and I asked for my okra to be dropped fresh and my fish to be cooked hard meaning drop fresh they're going to fry it right then nothing has been sitting under a warmer

Long story short I had to drive back around because once I got my order I parked and noticed that my okra was very very mushy which indicated to me that it had been sitting up under a warmer and was not cooked fresh.

I wasn't happy about but were human and I also ordered a cheesecake and did not receive the strawberries that belongs on the top
