Food has no flavor. This restaurant has been getting worse and worse over the years. This is the last time I buy from this establishment. Bourbon chicken and noodles plate: chicken was mainly just sweet. That is all I taste!! The noodles felt like spaghetti noodles and tasted like it. BLAND! I have never had Lo mein taste so like nothing. Fried rice was the same when it came to flavor.. NONE! I realize this is food from a food court but it should still have some flavor.. There is a different Chinese restaurant two spots to the right of this restaurant. Try that one instead. They cook the food fresh and it taste so much better. Before I give a low review I try the establishment several times because I understand that they may be having a bad day, short-staffed, or new employees. If I could give this place a zero I would. I do not recommend this...

Do not eat here !!!!!! Chopsticks next to them will will give you better food, flavor and better price! Stopped by for lunch and got the free sample orange chicken....it was horrible. No chicken and just burnt breading. The free sample person said "wait try this ". And gave me bourbon chicken. I decided to go with that chicken and the noodles. This place is so cheap that they use pasta noodles to replace the chow mein. I was literally eating spaghetti noodles with cut up onions and carrots. The bourbon chicken is absolutely horrible. It is dry chicken chopped up and then served in bland sauce. Stay away from this place. Chopsticks Japan right next to them will serve you real noodles and orange chicken with chicken inside it. 3.3... what! No, this place is great. They are giving out free samples. The servings are bigger than the box. The owner is super friendly and a pure delight. The ladies were also super fun to deal with. Being me, I sampled everything and then got a combination platter to go. I would have never guessed a 3 star rating. It's in a mall so of course you are going to have a mix of customers. But this place is by far just as good if not better than many of the locations I've gone to. The service is by far better than most. The food was fresh and soooooo delicious. Large portions. Cheap prices. Some people could win the lottery and still not be happy.
