To Whom It May Concern: Yesterday my friend, and I went to this specific location and ordered on the website a Original Beyond Meat Thickburger it said it would be ready at 2:55 pm and we placed the order at 2:52pm on the app. We go up to the window provide our name, and the young lady at the window says she was in training, and they had not shown her how to look up orders that were placed on the website and to pull up to the curb. So we wait about 2 mins, and she comes up to us and says that the morning shift didn't thaw out the patties so they can't give it to us. She says she has told her manager about this issue before and he hasn't fixed it and that they can refund us the money just to go back to the window. She was very sweet, and we understood this wasn't her fault. We go up to the window a young man comes up to the window and he says he is sorry is there anyway he can fix it, we advise him no but thank you for being nice. Then the manager comes up to the window, and starts yelling at us saying what did we have already? Did we get a soda, fries, etc, and demands it back. We provide it back to him and he says okay give me the card and we will refund it very rudely, and aggressively. First of all we weren't not being rude, and ns he immediately starts yelling at us!! That's when we tell him as a manager he needs to listens to his employees, and obviously take action if the morning shift is not doing there job because this isn't obviously the first time this happens. He then says it's not his fault the stupid app isn't working, and there is nothing he can do about it, and walks away while we are talking. I look at the name of the receipt his name is Tyler A. He was beyond unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and demanding for no good reason he never onced even apologized. I will no longer support Hardee's after this. This is beyond...
Read moreGreat food, although the service does not match the quality of food. I have to say that Hardee's is like the most expensive fast food out there. I sure wish 🤞 😌 🙂 "wishful thinking 🤔 " that corporate would walk just one mile in the shoes of a normal person that doesn't make over 50k a year and then go back and rebrand and re price their menu, they would see a huge increase in sales right away. Then and only then will your company be friends with the working man/woman and students or the disabled or the older folks who are on fixed incomes. To the company CEO, once you get the prices back under control so that everyone can afford to enjoy eating at Hardee's. Why not be apart of the community instead of just focusing on how much cash can corporate stuff in there pockets. It's simple, price it where we can afford to eat here and we will buy more and more. Then you'll not just compete with the larger fast food chains, you'll leave them in your dust, seriously folks, not only will you increase sales you will increase employment opportunities and even have the revenue to pay the employees an actual living wage. Take better care of the in store employees and take better care of your customers. What better way to get our attention and to say thank you to all the customers after reevaluating and implementing new cheaper prices. I would also recommend having a actual value menu, sorta like sonic or jack in the box has. I pray that corporate sees this post, reads this post and makes real changes due to this post. 🙏 God bless you and all your...
Read moreIf only you could give less than 1 star. I've had multiple horrible experiences but today was the worst. My pregnant wife wanted a burger so we ordered and were promptly asked to park of to the side, now keep in mind that there was 0 people in line behind us and someone parked where we were instructed to. We parked directly in front of the door so they it would be easier to be seen. As the, as I found out later, shift manager who was wearing sagging jeans and a dragon ball z hoodie with his hood up, walked past our car to attempt to give our food to the wrong person despite us trying to wave him down. After that individual told him it wasn't there for, my wife got it of the car as he gave our food to another customer. After my wife attempted to get out food from him he stayed in the parking lot while she tried to find a manger once he walked in he began to become aggressive towards my wife. He chased us out of the store telling us it was our fault and and we drove off he flipped us the middle finger. I understand that standards are lower in this post COVID world but I've never been treated so poorly, especially by someone who makes more flipping burgers then I do in the military! If this is what passes for customer service, I hope more people so going to this establishment and you go out of...
