Avoid this location if possible. I should have read the reviews first. I didn't think I had to but this Subway location skimps on protein portions compared to other stores, and it’s clearly intentional. It’s a foreign family-owned franchise, and having visited numerous countries in and around India, this kind of cost-cutting tactic is common, use less product, charge full price, and hope no one complains and if they do dismiss it as normal policy. Unfortunately, they’ve brought that same approach here. If they’re going to use less meat, they should be charging less. The bread was also not fresh. I ordered the cold cut combo. The Wilma Rudolph location and others nearby give you the full portion as advertised and the read is fresh. I brought it up, and the staff refused to correct it unless I paid double. They don’t speak English well, which made communication difficult, and they keep the meat and cheese hidden under a metal lid so you can't see what they’re doing, very shady to me. Subway has franchise quality agreements, and this kind of poor performance could very well cost them their franchise. I won’t be going back to this location.
Important context: Subway is already being sued in federal court for misleading customers about protein portion sizes. The class-action lawsuit claims their advertising shows sandwiches with up to 200 percent more meat than customers actually receive. This location fits that pattern perfectly. Read more11/15/18 My wife and I go to this Subway when We can. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is quite comfortable. We get a shopping cart from Aldi's and the allow us to bring it in the store. The bathrooms are clean. The meat and vegetables are always fresh. The service is fast and efficient. I would recommend this store to everybody who enjoys Subway's menu. Update: 11/02/24 DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SUBWAY. I ORDERED A SPICY NACHO SUB. WHEN I GOT HOME.
